Avoid for simple iPhone repairs!
I was directed to come here from apple support for a battery replacement. Not only was I quoted two hours for a 30 minute repair, with an appointment, but when I showed up to pick up my phone I was informed they couldn’t complete it because they couldn’t get the screen off. (The main step in battery replacement mind you). The also broke my screen protector.
Go to an Apple Store even if it’s further, this place cannot perform simple Apple repairs.

I recently visited the Best Buy on Heritage Trace Boulevard, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I want to give a massive shout-out to Aiden, a newer employee who is currently learning the ropes. He did a fantastic job helping us pick out a new laptop and all the essential accessories to go with it. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and eager to help—it’s clear he’s going to be a massive asset to this location.
Aiden was excellently supported by Peter, who stepped in to assist with the process and ensure everything went smoothly. Peter’s guidance and top-tier customer service made the entire shopping experience seamless.
We also received incredible support from Travis and the entire Geek Squad team, who made sure everything was good to go. The technical expertise and patience from the tech crew provided real peace of mind.
Thanks to this team's brilliant recommendations, we walked out with a laptop that has turned out to be even better than I expected. The level of collaboration at this store is unmatched; everyone works together to take care of the customer.
