They helped me with my MacBook, the geek squad they very informative. I really appreciated it, but they didn’t charge me anything.

I visited this store on 2.5.2026 to have the cracked screen on my Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max replaced. Best Buy is an approved Apple Service Center and I made my appointment online through the Apple website. The service tech Jason helped me at check in and I received a follow-up call and email 1 hour later when the repair was completed. I live in Frisco TX and much prefer to use a local store for my Apple product needs rather than drive to the Galleria in Dallas. This Best Buy provides excellent service and I have shopped and purchased there on numerous occasions and have always been satisfied with their staff and products.
Purchased a Sony XR-77A80J OLED TV from Best Buy in 2021. Within four years, it experienced a complete OLED panel failure (four red blinking lights) and is no longer usable.
I contacted Sony Customer Relations multiple times, but no repair, replacement, or goodwill offer was provided.
For a high-end flagship TV, this lifespan and lack of support are disappointing and have greatly affected my confidence in both Sony and Best Buy.
