Best buy has the benefit of being the last vestige of in-store technical support at a large scale with just about every electronic purchase I could need.
Buying a laptop, TV, they were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and it was worth being there.
Don't go there for Apple phone repairs. Process is terrible.
Needed to confirm if they could fix our iPhone as they are listed for Apple repair support in the area. We called the Best Buy number, and the only answer was, you need to go to the store.
Appointment made, showed up, waited 45 mins for appointment, to then be told they don't repair broken lenses. Why is it not clear online what service they do and don't? Why would the customer support rep not know?
