I have normally had great experience both at this location and online. Today was a different story. I ordered a gold stainless steel Apple Watch. I received a silver aluminum watch. I contacted BestBuy chat via the app. Was told just to take it to the store and they would exchange it no issue. I shared that I was concerned they wouldn't have it in stock. The online rep said it would be no issue and they would just order one. I went to the store and the customer service rep started the exchange. She the n told me the watch I ordered was no longer available. I would have concerned just keeping the watch that was sent in error but she had already processed a return and I would have had to pay for the watch again and then wait later for the return to post. I refused and left. I contacted the online chat again to let them know what had happened. They transferred me to a supervisor that said there was nothing they could do and sent me the link to BBB to open an issue. I then asked to speak that they person they reported to and they ended the chat.
