I’ve always hated shopping at Best Buy. The prices are inflated and the service is god awful. But my girlfriend insisted we give it another shot.
Big mistake. Massive!
We came in fully prepared. We already did all the research and knew exactly what we wanted. Annnnd the items were locked behind glass. Of course, right? So, I asked for help. I was told someone would be “right over.” Sweet! At least, so I thought... then after we waited 15 minutes, still no one came.
When I asked again, I was told: "There are more customers than employees right now."
Yeah... you read that right folks!
There are more customers than employees. I quickly glanced around the store and it was practically empty. No more than 5-10 people were in the store...
A laughable claim that might make sense at peak holiday traffic but not when there are barely a dozen people in the entire store. That's a pathetic and hollow excuse to mask a staffing issue.
We came in ready to drop thousands. Instead, we left with nothing but another reminder of why Best Buy is fading into irrelevance.
Do. Not. Shop. At Best Buy. Just let this chain die already... it’s earned it.

This place has friendly staff and a nice layout of goods. They are good at servicing you efficiently once you get ahold of them.
Website intentionally being ambiguous about their stock on a certain item and then huge signs as soon as you walk in the store stating they are out of stock of this particular item equals a 1 star review for this location. It is really more of a corporate complaint than this store. This is a bad organization. I haven't purchased or even set foot in a Best Buy in years. Guess I have to restart the counter to 0 days since last incident. Will not be caught in another Best Buy as long as I live.
