Roadie driver or someone stole my package and Best Buy refuses to replace or refund me. Terrible place to shop for your electronics. If you have a protection plan they also charge for you to ship your device out for repair. Save a headache and just buy from Amazon and stay away from this terrible company.

This bestbuy used to be good with Its return policy. Now they will make the impossible so it doesnt get return and as a customer who have purchased computers, electronic and other item here will go to other stores that values customers.
