The geek squad tried to figure out my computer problem but just wanted to reinstall my software and charge me $100 for it or $200 for a membership. I waited there for a long time too. But without a membership, I couldn’t leave my computer there. So I’ll have to figure it out myself it’s cheaper. Sad thing is that I do spend enough money at Best Buy.

Robert and Winter @ Best buy Geek Squad Garland are the best ever. They have the best customer service skills. 5 stars and I recommend them as employees of the month/ year. Thank you guys for all you do!💫🗯🗯💭🗯🤎🤎🤎🤎🤎
Went in to buy a sound bar and Noah was super friendly, knew what he was talking about, showed us demos for different options, recommended related items for what we were shopping for in a helpful manner not a “let me sell you more stuff” manner. Overall really happy with this shopping experience
