How do I check product availability at the Garland Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Wonderful tech support from Winter and Kayla in the Geek Squad. They both were extremely patient with us and our computer transfer. Winter in person taking the time to get our new computer just the way we wanted. Kayla over the phone helping to be sure what we wanted from our iTunes library got transferred over. My computer was slow so went to Best Buy. The technician checked and gave me the price which I paid and after two days received a call that my computer is dead and is non repairable.

Excellent service. Danny Nguyen was a great help with our second TV. He knew the answers to every question we had about tvs and headsets. Looking forward to having him help us with our third tv in the future
