Visiting Family member's phone died; after taking her to ATT (her provider) who refused to help, just said she needed a new phone. We came here to see if geek squad could help. I suggested to just price a new one. She bought one and the salesman said " let me see if the geek squad can get yours to power up" He was able to anc the graciously transfered her old phone information to the new one. It was taking a while so we left and came back & it was transferred. Then they made sure it was working properly.

I'm not a big fan of BB but this worked out good. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, early and hoping it was ready. Well, it wasn't. The guy at the customer service counter was helpful. He cancelled my original order and I got one off the shelf. Easy peasy.

I had a very frustrating experience with Best Buy, specifically their Geek Squad service. I purchased a Meta Quest 3S from them and expected at least basic support with setup and troubleshooting. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Over the past three weeks, I’ve faced multiple issues with setting up my Meta account and getting the device connected and working properly. Despite several visits and interactions, Geek Squad was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. Each time, I was either given vague responses or told that they couldn’t help with the issue. What’s most disappointing is that after purchasing the device directly from Best Buy, I expected a certain level of post-purchase support—especially for something as technical as a VR headset. Instead, I was left to figure everything out on my own. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Poor customer service, lack of technical knowledge, and no accountability. I would not rely on Geek Squad for setup or support in the future.

Horrible service. Went to go pick up an item in store and they wouldnt let me pick up my item because I left my ID. I tried showing a picture of my ID but they wouldn't take it. Everytime I went to best buy and picked up an item and shower a picture of my id they've never given a problem. I had to cancel my item and go shop on Amazon. Drove 20 minutes for no reason. Staff didn't care a bit either almost as if they are proud of giving someone an inconvenience
