Great experience. Our 75 " tv went the night before we came to best buy 75" pioneer 399.99. The person helped us we eneded up getting g a credit card from Best buy. Very nice and helpful. Found out it was the manager that helped us. That was cool. Then they gave my grandson a Pikachu hat. Left with a new tv and a smile.
Please save yourself the worst headache ever by purchasing anything from here especially their warranties.
I came in to have my joy cons replaced from my switch 2 (Console) because i have a warranty service on them. I was told i would receive my new controllers in the next two business days in which they came in but for the switch 1. I got back to the store just to be told they would escalate this issue and that they will update me, proceeded to ask me for my email & phone number. Sunday i decided to call for an update since i did not receive anything and i was finally told it will be at the store Monday. Its Monday i go to the store and now I'm told they received an email last week but since the geek squad rep has been off work she was not able to get to her email and apparently no one was cc'd but her. Not a manager, not myself but only her.. they finally sent a response back but they proceeded to tell me to wait for an update because their system is down..
I came in again today to get an update from the geek squad manager himself just to be told i have to wait another week.. apparently they tried contacting me in which i have no record of them calling me at all, mind you they have my email, phone number number and my address along with my partners information and i gave them this information 3 times..
Based on my experience, Ive found Micro Center to be a better option, especially for warranty concerns. This was a gift so i have to just go along with this rat race unfortunately.

Great customer service. I needed a specific laptop charger and they handled my request with ease.
