ZERO STARS. Horrible customer service. Very incompetent. Caesar suggested I contact the 800 customer service line and I got the same run around, just kept getting promises the next person could help me and was transferred 10 times with no resolution. If you care about customer service don't shop best buy. This involved a price bating issue and I will be reporting to the BBB.
