Bought Digital Photo Frame from Best Buy with 2yr manufacture warranty. Manufacture will not answer phone or respond to emails about product failure and warranty replace. Best Buy refused to help me get Manufacture to make good on the warranty. I assume because I didn’t buy a warranty from Best Buy???

NEW UNHAPPY BEST BUY SENIOR CITIZENS CUSTOMERS! My Parents Our new refrigerator was delivered today and the installation was incomplete. We were promised installation would include complete service as indicated on paper and by words at the time we were in the process of purchasing refrigerator. My parents asked delivery team to return refrigerator if they could not complete installation as promised. Best Buy Delivery member (J.Miranda) contacted a “manager” name Maria, who promised SHE would have someone call my Senior Citizens Parents Today to resolve the installation of refrigerator. Delivery Team left refrigerator, did not /,were not able to complete the installation and Maria or anyone contacted my parents back!
My Parents tried calling customer service and got nowhere. They told them they needed yo go yo the store if they needed yo speak yo manager!
My parents are in their 70s and 80s and cannot believe after they made a decision to spend their $ at Best Buy they have left My Elderly Parents in Limbo. No accountability, forced to keep something that is not to their satisfaction. Whatever happens to “customer matters” customer first? My parents have been without a refrigerator for almost 4 weeks, because they BELIEVED EVERY WORD BEST BUY PROMISED!
We urge Best Buy to attend to the installation order for Todays Appointment in Garland, Texas, Scheduled between 10-2pm today 9/14/2024 urgently seeking accountability and resolution from your Company!
PLEASE SHOW US BEST BUY IS BETTER THAN THIS!
