Took a 10 inch subwoofer and box to replace my factory 8 inch . And fix my micro phone so people can hear me talk through it. They didn't fix micro phone and installed my sub kinda. They just left it on seat .. box design was a direct replacement to go in factory location.
Installer was very aggressive cursed me

It’s a shame you have to give a star for such atrocious service. It only took me six phone calls to get through the AI to get an actual person on the phone. Each one of those phone calls took 2 1/2 minutes. When I finally got someone on the phone, it took 35 minutes for them to understand. I just want to drop my computer off that is under warranty and have it fixed and you call me on the phone so I can come and pick it up when it’s finished! Mind you this is a computer for work, and they proceed to tell you it’ll take two weeks of a month to repair and get it back…..obviously customers and their time are not important to them nor are repairing things under warranty in a timely manner. Buying electronic from anywhere else or getting electronics repair anywhere else I’m sure will be a whole lot less headache, and a lot less buyer remorse.
