Bought 2 pair of meta glasses, one pair had to be shipped. My wife received an empty and open box twice. Best Buy STILL hasn't issued a refund and we are paying monthly payments on a pair of meta glasses we never recieved.

Store looked a little ragged, didn't have any cashiers, had to check out at customer service, which is normally fine, but not when the two people are helping customers with issues, so standing as the only person in line for 20 minutes to buy a pair of headphones is annoying.

I went in for a Surface Pro Laptop and they didnt have the color I wanted but I came out with a mouse and usb hub for the laptop.
The clerk was helpful and willing to provide me the information I needed while still trying to learn himself, he utilized AI or something to give me the answer I needed.
But even though I didnt get what I wanted I came out with some things I needed and walked out satified either way.
