Ordered new radio with install. I had to make multiple trips to pick up each part individually. Then I made three trips for appointments to have the radio installed. The first one bestbuy chose the wrong part and had to reschedule. The second one the appointment was cancelled. Finally got an install on the third try. Now the radio does not work properly. Waiting on hold to schedule a repair. This whole process has been disappointing and a huge time and money suck. I would not recommend a radio purchase or install at bestbuy. This was the worst experience.
