Store looked a little ragged, didn't have any cashiers, had to check out at customer service, which is normally fine, but not when the two people are helping customers with issues, so standing as the only person in line for 20 minutes to buy a pair of headphones is annoying.

I went in for a Surface Pro Laptop and they didnt have the color I wanted but I came out with a mouse and usb hub for the laptop.
The clerk was helpful and willing to provide me the information I needed while still trying to learn himself, he utilized AI or something to give me the answer I needed.
But even though I didnt get what I wanted I came out with some things I needed and walked out satified either way.
Very helpful getting washer and dryer set up along with delivery and install. Price is also good on package deals.
I took a laptop for service. The tech spent about 20 minutes on it. It ended up being a fried motherboard which isn't worth fixing. I asked him what I owed for the service and he said it was no charge! A nice surprise in this "Charge for everything" life now days!
