I have had two recent experiences with this best buy location and have been please. First one was we bought a Dell Laptop. I had it for almost 2 weeks and it randomly just shut off on me. Luckily, I'm a hoarder and keep boxes. I went up there right when they opened and a gentleman in the back took care of me. Literally had me swapped out in less than 15 minutes. My second experience was a month ago my husband bought me the Wayfarer Meta Glasses. Yesterday, they released new styles and I became OBSESSED with the Mahogany Fury pair. I didn't have the box anymore, but had everything else. We have the Best Buy Plus Membership and he walked right in and they exchanged them no issues at all, even without the box. We have been super pleased with the Georgetown location lately and the benefits of the Best Buy Plus membership, it TRULY is worth it. Now i'm so excited to get the meta glasses in the style I LOVE and have a working laptop. Couldn't be more pleased with the way they do things.

My 11 month old Lenovo laptop (which I LOVE) seemed to crash randomly at 7:30 tonight and my livelihood IS on my laptop. Customer service was a lost cause so I grabbed my laptop and showed up to geek squad at the Georgetown store. Total hotmess btw BUT Jamie came up calm as a cucumber and was to my rescue plus VERY knowledgeable! No more than 10 minutes and patience from Jamie and everything was fixed! I didn’t even have an appt but I was seen, heard and helped! Customer service is all about the consumer being heard and assured that one way or the other you will be take care of. Jamie embodied every bit of that customer service level and more! That is my job everyday so I’m a hard sell and Jamie got me from the jump!! She never brought it back to a tech, nothing. She was THE pro start to finish! I rarely ever leave a review and nowadays positive reviews get left behind. I am in parking lot making sure this is notated!!! Thank you Jamie Pham you ARE a rockstar!!

The store and Best Buy employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the AT&T representative was very aggressive. We repeatedly said we were just browsing and not interested in a new phone, but he kept trying to sell to us and held us up for about 35–45 minutes. It felt overly aggressive and made our shopping experience uncomfortable. Best Buy should reconsider allowing third-party sales representatives to approach customers this way, especially when it blocks aisles and prevents customers from browsing freely.
