My 11 month old Lenovo laptop (which I LOVE) seemed to crash randomly at 7:30 tonight and my livelihood IS on my laptop.
Customer service was a lost cause so I grabbed my laptop and showed up to geek squad at the Georgetown store. Total hotmess btw BUT Jamie came up calm as a cucumber and was to my rescue plus VERY knowledgeable! No more than 10 minutes and patience from Jamie and everything was fixed! I didn’t even have an appt but I was seen, heard and helped! Customer service is all about the consumer being heard and assured that one way or the other you will be take care of. Jamie embodied every bit of that customer service level and more!
That is my job everyday so I’m a hard sell and Jamie got me from the jump!! She never brought it back to a tech, nothing. She was THE pro start to finish!
I rarely ever leave a review and nowadays positive reviews get left behind. I am in parking lot making sure this is notated!!!

BEWARE BEST BUY MEMBERSHIP IS A TOTAL SCAM.
They will refer you out to another company to fix devices and not honor and or the discounts on repairs that you pay yearly for. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
The store and Best Buy employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the AT&T representative was very aggressive. We repeatedly said we were just browsing and not interested in a new phone, but he kept trying to sell to us and held us up for about 35–45 minutes. It felt overly aggressive and made our shopping experience uncomfortable. Best Buy should reconsider allowing third-party sales representatives to approach customers this way, especially when it blocks aisles and prevents customers from browsing freely.
You can find electronics, cell phones, washing machines, dryers among many other things, but the service is excellent.
