No wonder Best Buy is tanking. I called with a basic question and their bot hung up on me. Called again and chose options I thought best would get me someone to answer my general question and the bot told me to use the website and then hung up on me. I’ll be buying my new iPhone from Apple!

Came here hoping to catch a Pokémon drop, but no luck this time! Seems like the restock timing is super competitive, and I probably need to learn more about when they usually drop. It’s definitely tough out there for collectors. That said, the store itself is clean and organized, and the staff are friendly when asked for help. I’ll keep trying and hopefully have better luck next time. Wish me luck on future drops!
Place was big but they don't offer many options.
Replaced my 10yr old Galaxy phone and Tablet last week. Vaughan was my tech, and he did a wonderful job transferring my files etc. to my new phone. He is a very respectful and kind young man, as well as being tech. savvy.
