Used to be a busy place. Didn't even look open, and the people working didn't look like they wanted to be there.
My Fitbit icon disappeared from my Versa 2 watch, and I knew I had not deleted it. I thought maybe it disappeared after my battery died. I also realized I was not getting notifications of missed phone calls, bird camera action, or messages coming in. I downloaded what I thought was a Fitbit app, but it was the Fitbit guide app. I took it into the Georgetown Best Buy, and even though I did not have an appointment, Vaughn was very very helpful. Fitbit head been bought out by Google health, the icon was totally different, so I was not seeing it on my phone under applications. He was super helpful and friendly! Service like this is what keeps customers returning to the store.
I came to the Georgetown Best Buy when I got tired of messing with a finicky transfer of content to my new MacBook. Even when I showed up after my scheduled timeframe, Vaughan gracefully welcomed me and seemed like we could have talked to each other all day! When my issue needed extra outside assistance, he gave me information for Longhorn Mac Repair, which he enjoys working with. All of this is a plus for me when no one was interested in my situation until I met with Vaughan. He is a high-quality and patient person as shown when working with me and the older man that was present when I arrived. The location is in a newer strip mall with lots of parking. This is a Best Buy I will re-visit!
I knew what I wanted, found it easily, walked-up to a cashier, and exited less than 10 minutes. The store was clean and uncluttered like some other locations.
