I had a great experience, all my questions were answered and I had purchased a product that would solve my problems.
I get home to find that the product doesn’t work. No big deal, I’ve got nothing going on today, so I head back to the store. The return process was handled swiftly and appropriately. The problem began when searching for a separate product better suited for my needs.
The gentleman in the back (that was supposed to be helping me) thought it was appropriate to speak to me as if I were brain dead, and got aggressive when I questioned him on the matter.
This man not only needs to be removed from his position but, also needs extensive therapy to rectify whatever is causing him to hurt so badly inside that he must take it out on shoppers.
I will NEVER return to this location.

Terrible experience all around. Buy your appliances anywhere else. If you buy here, don't bother with the geek squad warranty. Almost 3 weeks waiting for repair with 3 canceled appointments with no information given and nothing but terrible customer service. I have called over 15 times, each time saying "A technician will be there within 30 mins" Someone has yet to actually show up and look at my washer. When calling the store they divert you to the same call center. Avoid buying appliances here AT ALL COSTS.
This store offers items that they don’t have in stock and you can’t get from anywhere because is out of stock
