We recently bought a TV from Best Buy and installed it ourselves without any issues. However, when we tried to recycle our old TV, we ran into some problems. We called the Georgetown store using the number we found online, but it connected us to a call center in India. All we wanted to know was where to drop off our old TV. The representative told us we could drop it off but didn't ask about the size. When we arrived at the Georgetown store, we found out they only accept TVs that are 48 inches or smaller.
It's frustrating that Best Buy no longer allows direct calls to local stores. With limited options for appliances and electronics, we're considering looking elsewhere. It's time to bring jobs back to the US and stop outsourcing to cheaper third-party sources.

Dylan was so much help as a person who knows very little about technology. This is one of my least favorite places to go to, but Dylan made it very enjoyable. He helped us buy a washer, dryer, a TV, headphones, and a computer mouse on Black Friday easily one of the most stressful days at Best Buy and he made it a very peaceful enjoyable experience.
