I wanted to share our positive experience... We live in Georgetown and had purchased our last Sony television from BestBuy. So, when we decided we needed to upgrade our television, we made another visit to Best Buy. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by multiple employees, great customer service right-off-the-bat! We wandered over to the television section and were immediately approached by Porter. He asked if we needed assistance, and I responded that we did but I wanted to make sure the sales associate helping us was able to give us as much information as possible so we could make an educated decision.  Porter assured us that he was that person. He was not wrong! Porter was not only friendly, professional, and helpful, but he was also extremely knowledgeable in every television. There are SO many options when purchasing a television. I had so many questions! Porter had all of the answers. He was also very kind and patient. There is a really good team at this location. All very helpful. Best Buy is fortunate to have such committed team members. We are very happy with our purchase and extremely happy with the customer service we received. Kudos!

Bad place doesn’t serve you they make you wait for more than 15 minutes. And they only say they are busy with the empty store, they don’t mind losing customers

I was ~30 seconds away from leaving the store when Vaughan helped me out by showing me where everything was that I couldn’t find in addition to improving my experience by recommending “better” stuff that they had available at the store. To be honest, if he did not say hello to me and offer help unlike the usual average employee, I probably would have just walked out and went to target because I couldn’t find what I wanted. Please help me by helping this employee get the recognition he deserves. 10/10
