Been buying from this Best Buy for years, was so excited when I obtained some Pokemon cards on an online store pickup order… only to find out when I went into the store to pick them up, an employee had swapped my pick up sticker on a different item and sold the Pokémon cards to someone else. Spoke with customer service and the manager who weren’t able to do anything. Incredibly frustrated and I’ll be doing business elsewhere moving forward

I like Best Buy because it's the go to place for electronics. It's abit too pricey for my needs. But I did find a nice deal on some earbuds that I was wanting.
Bought a new laptop. Excellent device and good price as always
