I bought this portable charger claiming to do "wireless charge" and not only it didn't do it (even though I had the right phone model) but the box said it included a cable as well and it didn't. I needed this for my trip and I couldn't use it, and I tried to return it as well but they have a 15 day return policy that is absurd since I've been out of town. I wouldn't buy here again, I had to keep their defective product.

Very helpful, friendly staff
One of the better Best Buy stores in the metroplex. Have good inventory of goods. Team is super helpful too. Haven’t had any negative experiences here.
This location is raising the bar in Excellence! From Customer Service to Product Organization, when my family & I walked in, we were instantly greeted and asked if we were looking for anything specific then pointed in the right direction with confidence. We were approached by 5+ CS Reps with eagerness to assist. Markus assisted us and helped us decide on product brands, etc. You got a good thing going at this location, Best Buy!! Definitely driving the distance for this kind of service!!!
