I went to this store just to buy a sound bar and a ring camera, ready to pay with my DEBIT card, and they pretty much forced me to go through this whole process for financing and hit my credit without my permission! They told me they are required to do this for one out of every 3 people and I repeatedly told them I just want to pay it flat out. This place felt more like a shady car dealership trying to add subscriptions and sell me on extra things while asking me for a lot of PERSONAL information in order to call my bank and see if I qualify for financing without me even wanting to finance in the first place!!! I never give bad review but this place definitely deserves one. If they take you to a desk when you’re trying to buy something with cash, WALK OUT.

Just spent five minutes on the phone trying to get to a live person what bullshit I wouldn’t shop there anymore. If I had to you can’t afford somebody to answer a phone. I don’t need to shop there.
