Extremely Disappointed – Never Buying from Best Buy Again
I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Best Buy. My order has been delayed for over three weeks with no clear explanation or update. I’ve spent more than two hours trying to reach someone through the call center, and still no one responded or even bothered to open a complaint for me. The complete lack of communication and customer support is shocking for a company of this size.
This is by far one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. I used to trust Best Buy, but after this, I will never shop here again. I will also make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid Best Buy and take their business elsewhere. There are many other retailers who value their customers—clearly, Best Buy is no longer one of them.
I didn't find everything I needed but staff was super helpful and friendly.
Got lots of tech, I just wish they had more options for dumb phones as there were only 2. I get it they're not super marketable when you've got so many new smart phones to sell but it'd be nice to have more options. Everyone was super helpful though.
