I went to Best Buy today to put together a camera bundle and Christian helped me at this Best Buy location in Grapevine. Here are the products he put together for me. I love the Sony camera. I’m needing this for work. I love the grip. You can actually use it remotely on location. The bag is wonderful. I also got a light and a microphone that will help me with my business. I leaned into him and trusted him to take care of me completely and he put together a great deal for me. He also put me on their plan that they have to make sure everything has a warranty for me And applied some of my rewards that I received already from a prior purchase at Best Buy, the associate was very knowledgeable with the products. The store was very clean. They had good inventory and the parking was good at this location. I did have to go get one piece from another store, but he located it for me and I was able to get there in 15 minutes and pick up my item. I also interacted with the manager at this location when he needed to come in and apply some of the rewards and he was very nice. I highly recommend this location in Grapevine and I can’t highly recommend Christian enough for his knowledge care and dedication.

On Sept. 2nd I purchased a Microsoft Surface Computer for my son. It was priced at $1699.00. It was to be picked up in West Palm Beach, Fl on Friday September 5. I went on my Best Buy account and saw a price drop of $300 on Sept 5th while checking on the status delivery of the computer. My sales rep, Preston, told me Best Buy would match a price drop. I called the Grapevine store and was told by the young lady I spoke to that once the computer was delivered to West Palm Beach and my son picked it up, they would adjust the price but he had to pick up the computer first. I asked 3 times if that was correct, and she said confidently, "yes." Computer arrives on Saturday, my son picks it up on Sunday, and he was told it was no longer on sale so they could not honor it even though I called Best Buy the day it went on sale. I called the store to discuss the MISINFORMATION I was given and they escalated it only to hear the same non sense that the West Palm Beach store gave my son. If I were in West Palm Beach, I literally would have had my son return the computer and bought it elsewhere. To me this was a blatant rip off!!!!

I stopped here to check out monitors. I had someone approach me from a different department trying to sell me on AT&T services. I tried to tell him "no", but that wasn't enough for him. And was persistent and invasive. I then told him that it's terrible service. I have someone in my family with AT&T and their service socks compared to other carriers. That still wasn't enough for him and he could tell that I was agitated. Give your team some freaking psychological training or something in that when someone is agitated, don't continue to press them and invade their space. His actions were directly responsible for me leaving the store with nothing. I'll frankly go elsewhere. I don't even know why I stepped food inside a BestBuy.
Love going into Best Buy to actually see the products I am considering. Its nice to talk to some and get some feedback about products
