I went to Best Buy today with my husband and we both ended up buying exactly what we wanted. The staff in general was super helpful but especially James and Southern. They both helped us make our decisions, and they were extremely knowledgeable , attentive and friendly. Overall, a great experience!
I come here maybe twice a week for open box items and I love it. Customer service is great on weekdays (weekends it’s way too busy so I can’t blame that on employees). Camera section guy is super chill and knows his stuff. Love this store and will always come shop
