This particular store is only concerned about the money they make and not its customers. With a nationally known issue with the iPhone 18 pro max, cell service will drop if offf 5 g+ into sos mode rendering the phone inoperable. During the 14 day return period we escalated this issue to Bestbuy, they redirected us instead of taking the phone back. Now outside of the 14 day return period, will not work with us or att to correct the issue and stick with a 1300 phone that will not work. I have traditionally used this store to purchase thousands of dollars of electronics but will now find another retailer for these needs. Terrible customer service and making my wife cry and feel helpless is unacceptable.

Had such an easy and smooth experience at this location thanks to Zee. Highly recommend him if you are wanting to buy laptops and other electronics at this Best Buy location. He was so patient with any little questions or preferences I had regarding what laptop and headphones I was looking for. I’ve been going to this location for many years and this was the best experience I’ve had when buying new electronics.

Best Buy ❌ Worst Buy ✅ I bought a laptop , they ensured me to get plus account and I agreed but they registered the email I never had and when I told the sales guy he ensured that phone and name should be fine… and the guy disappeared just after paying . now I can’t see the membership and purchase in my online account …. Created service ticket, called , visited store no resolution until 2-3 weeks … very poor customer service …
