I did not have to wait long for my pickup order. I parked, checked in on the app, and I was brought my order 5 minutes later.

Their customer service in the camera department was terrible. The guy who helped me had no information about cameras and his attitude was unpleasant and unfriendly. I applied for the store credit card. He asked for my information, I filled it out, and he told me I would receive a response in 5 days. I never received it because he didn't process it. I checked the status of my application in the app, and it said, "Unfortunately, we were unable to find your My Best Buy® credit card application that matches the information you provided." Thanks. You lost a customer.
Return was quick and easy once I figured out where to go. Why is the checkout line also the return line? Very confusing.
Order pickup was great, quick and efficient. Lots of reps to assist if you have questions.
