Been looking for a place to replace the battery in my Samsung Galaxy watch classic pretty much most of the day. So when I stop by there I had somewhat of High Hopes but they ended up not being able to do the battery replacement unless I had actually bought the watch from them and or maybe had a warranty or extended warranty on it. So needless to say Best Buy does not replace the battery in a watch unless you bought it from them.
It was empty. Full of employees just chatting, not one person offered help. I left and went to Staples and got assistance. They were fully stocked though so if you know what you need then it would be good!

I walked into this store the other day to get help with a repair, an employee by the name of Dorian said he’d be more than happy to help a “cutie” like me. I had let that comment go because being called cute isn’t a crime, but he then proceeded to ask me for my number after he helped me and said “I would really love to see you again” I only felt so uncomfy because he wouldn’t look me in the eyes and just stared at my chest.

Groups of employees talking to each other, waited over 40 mins to get a cabinet unlocked, employees ignoring u waiting patiently, realize they skipped u twice, laugh and say they be right with u (another 20mins). Once I realized how long it had been I went across the street and bought everything I needed. Second time this has happened, will never walk into this store again.
