How do I check product availability at the Greenspoint Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Joel was awesome. He got me in and out literally and set me up with multiple resources to get a new appliance after my trusted appliance broke down unexpectedly. Other staff was helpful as well. 5/5 service !

I went today to go pick up some headphones. The older lady that was at the counter around 3:20-3:40PM for pick up and customer service with the little two stranded twisted braids of two or three tone colors, her energy and her attitude is very nasty. How rude do you have to be to not only talk over me and your coworker who are having a conversation that didn’t have anything to do with you at the anymore, but also to completely disregard the fact that you had a customer that you were assisting in front of you while you’re yelling over me and your coworker? I came in to ask that young man to cancel my order at the end of the day that conversation had nothing to do with you because I asked you to do it before I left out of the store the first time. Her listening skills are very low. I stated that the drive was far from my house and that I could not cancel the order in my app two or three times.

The general Manager Travis was exceptional 2 minutes we were in and out and got the camera we needed. He even didn’t make us wait for a register he checked us out.
