One of the best Best Buys.
Chris the manager/supervisor on duty was so helpful! Long story short, I had an issue with a special purchase made for my daughter and wanted to exchange the item. After going to a closer Best Buy, I was not given any options because it had been over 15 days. I decided to go to the Greenpoint store, where Chris is a supervisor and explained my situation to him and asked if anything could be done to assist me. Chris acknowledged the policy but did give me an option, which would allow me to exchange the item. Good customer service is very hard to come by these days, but Chris offered me very good customer service! Chris is definitely an asset to the team at his location! Thank you Chris!
