Worst buying experience I have ever had at any Best Buy location all across the country. I got an open box laptop here had to drive 50 minutes as this was the only location that had what I was looking for. Got the laptop, drove another 50mins home only to find out the laptop had someone else's details on it (it wasn't erased before they sold it to me). Drive back another 50 mins to see if they can change it or flash it and staff was very rude, lady at customer service is a joke. No apology, no remorse, nothing. They ddnt even care they messed up and wasted my time. The lady at the door when returning the laptop was also very rude, you need to treat customers better as this store is a joke of a Bestbuy. I'd give zero stars if possible. The guy at the door on return was the only nice person here. He was suggesting solutions on how to help me and unfortunately the geek squad people were gone and he was very polite. The lady with him took me to customer service and asked if I could access the laptop and am like no I just told you before it has someone else's name on it. I see other users complaining on poor service especially ypur customer service. You need more compassionate people working in customer service, it's called customer service for a reason. What a joke.

Shop on Amazon unless you're really in need of a certain electronic. The Best Buy is really just a big (moderately expensive) electronics store really, you're bound to find something related to what you came looking for. Main issue is that a lot of items aren't restocked, I went there 3 times during a 2 week period and the items I was looking for weren't restocked. Staff is also very slack and I had to wait several minutes just for a glass shelf protected item despite alerting several Best Buy employees and seeing more simply walk by.
