Waited a long time for assistance, only to be told at the end that the item wasn’t actually available despite the app showing it in stock. The inventory mistake is frustrating, but wasting customers’ time is even worse. Very poor customer service and organization. Very bad customer service experience.

I went in today to buy a TV. When I got home the screen wouldn't turn on. When I went to return the product I was refused a refund, exchange or store credit with my receipt in hand cause the box had the wrong serial number. The store put the wrong tag on the box so I lost 300 dollars.
