I purchased an open-box DJI Osmo 3 from Best Buy today, expecting to receive a complete product as described. According to the listing, the item was supposed to include all original accessories and parts. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
When I opened the box, I found that the camera charger and the wristband were both missing. These are essential accessories for proper use and convenience, so their absence was disappointing especially since the product description clearly stated that everything would be included.
I went back to the store to report the issue, but the only options they offered were to return the item or purchase a brand-new, closed box version. There was no attempt to provide the missing accessories or offer a partial solution, which made the experience even more frustrating.
While the device itself appears to be in good condition, the incomplete packaging does not match what was advertised. I would recommend that Best Buy review their open-box inspection process more carefully to ensure accuracy in their listings. Customers rely on those descriptions when making purchasing decisions, and situations like this can be frustrating.
