would not give me my item bc geek squad wasn’t there even tho i had the email and my ID present. shoutout to xialing for being the only caring , kind , compassionate employee!

Worst buying experience I have ever had at any Best Buy location all across the country. I got an open box laptop here had to drive 50 minutes as this was the only location that had what I was looking for. Got the laptop, drove another 50mins home only to find out the laptop had someone else's details on it (it wasn't erased before they sold it to me). Drive back another 50 mins to see if they can change it or flash it and staff was very rude, lady at customer service is a joke. No apology, no remorse, nothing. They ddnt even care they messed up and wasted my time. The lady at the door when returning the laptop was also very rude, you need to treat customers better as this store is a joke of a Bestbuy. I'd give zero stars if possible. The guy at the door on return was the only nice person here. He was suggesting solutions on how to help me and unfortunately the geek squad people were gone and he was very polite. The lady with him took me to customer service and asked if I could access the laptop and am like no I just told you before it has someone else's name on it. I see other users complaining on poor service especially ypur customer service. You need more compassionate people working in customer service, it's called customer service for a reason. What a joke.
