They were having issues with their system on Black Friday. I wasn’t aware. I made an order for pick up at this location, used the Best Buy City Bank Visa card, but they keep saying payment failed. I called the credit card company, and they said order was placed 3x by some error, but the payment for the 1st time did get approved, and gave me the authorization number. I called support and they just keep saying I need to pay again, and that they are having issues with their system. I called like 10 times and eventually was told that they could see the payment and it would all clear out by the next day. That was a lie. The order got canceled for non payment, even though it is paid for. And I can’t get any help from their support. I’ll have to drive 30 min to the store again to get someone to help me. This is ridiculous. I will make a formal complaint to the BBB if this isn’t resolved.

My wife ordered open box refrigerator excellent condition, we received damaged at door, we called next day and they told us they cannot fixed and as we were informed when picking up the equipment, We felt cheated by the Best Buy employee and frustrated that we have to drive so far to return the equipment, negotiate a price reduction or full refund of money.
