I was very disappointed in my visit here. It was quite disorganized and no one was available to help. It felt like a garage sale and no one was home. Lots of items showing in stock but you would have to dig to find them.

ZERO satisfaction. I paid in full on Tuesday 11/12/24 for Friday 11/15/24 appliance delivery. Friday I'm told i didn't schedule a delivery. I had to go to the store to reschedule delivery. I found out my machine was damaged and I have to pick another machine and wait 5 more days for delivery. while at the store I spoke with a customer who had still not received his appliance since 10/25/24. His product was damaged and they couldn't find suitable replacement in his original price range. DON'T SHOP HERE.

I clearly should have read the reviews before doing business with them.
I was convinced to order a 100ft Ethernet cable to start WFH job when I indeed should’ve just went in store to buy it. I called to see if it was in stock Thursday and was told that it was and that I can have it shipped to me for free the following morning. I asked, “are you positive it will be here tomorrow morning because I need this cable right now and can’t afford any delays or mishaps”, the associate assured me it would be here as early as I needed it. The next day came and I get a text saying my item is delayed. I immediately called to see about changing it to a pickup instead. I was told I couldn’t change it to pick up even tho I was told the reason for the delay was because no one went to pick the item up. I’m furious at this point because exactly what I hoped wouldn’t happen did and it happened twice! I asked them to just cancel my order and refund me so I can buy another in store because I need this for work. Once again I was told my item will be delivered to me. I told them I didn’t trust their promises and just need something to be done. Basically I was told to just wait because they are now on the way to pick up the item. I’m thinking someone from the store is delivering the item. That wasn’t the case because I received a notification from ups! I certainly would’ve sternly rejected the shipping offer had I known it would be this many delays and that they’re using a delivery service like ups. The following day comes, my item is out for delivery then suddenly I get an email saying my package is being rescheduled. Now I’m going to have to buy another Ethernet cord and wait to return the one that still hasn’t come. I start work tomorrow at 8am. The cord won’t be here until after I get off work. Such a terrible experience and very disappointing
