I recently purchased a Sony TV from the Best Buy Houston Outlet, and it came without a remote. I visited the store and spoke with Manager Sameer. He handled the situation very professionally and was extremely helpful. He immediately arranged a replacement remote and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate his courteous attitude and great customer service. Thank you, Sameer, for your outstanding support!

Un poco desordenado, no hay atención al público.
Outlet store had refrigerators, washer dryers, some electronic only one printer, saw Playstation and Xbox, ice machine for home or office, TVs. Asked about the printers but person in best buy shirt said no just that one. So did not walk around because I wanted a printer. There were customers.
