I love this place, such great deals.
I will never be returning to this store. Mainly due to their store manager Aram. We went IN STORE to purchase a stove. We found one we liked and asked mutiple IN STORE employees about they told us to take the plate displaying the information to the front. As we did. A nice working said she needed to confirm it was the correct item. Her and my husband walked back she scanned the actual tag on the item and said it was the wrong display tag and rang us up for the item. Maybe 15 minutes after we leave THE STORE. We get a message that they canceled our order cause the item was wrong and we would have to retune IN STORE to buy again. I called the manager and not only did we have to come back but the item was $200 more! I asked him why this was not corrected in store and he told it was not his problem as the manager cause it was a corporate issue and per the manager he is not responsible for anything corporate does..... I reminded him mutiple time the sale was in store and his employee switched the tag for what it rang up as. He refused to honor the price, take any accountability as the manager again telling me mutiple times this is not his job. Only offering to write up the employee. Home Dept got our money and we even bout a dishwasher. NEVER GO HERE !!!!!!!!
