After buying a washer and dryer set for our home we decided to purchase another. After our purchase the item arrived damaged and the general manager refused to honor our original price to exchange for the same exact model. After the in store manager and online representative offered to exchange for the same price. The general manager was very dismissive and offered no solutions only for us to pay an additional $400 after we were inconvenienced. The experience has been subpar and would not recommend coming here to others after this engagement with Best Buy. Order number 1126142201393

I had an excellent experience at the Best Buy Outlet thanks to Christine! 😊 From the moment I arrived, she proactively approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I was trying to decide on a GE refrigerator model, but the delivery timeline was much longer than I could wait. 😟 Christine was confident that she could help me find a comparable option, and she absolutely delivered! 🙌 She took the time to understand what I was looking for and found a great alternative that met my needs. She also helped me find an upright freezer/refrigerator solution to protect my food until my new refrigerator can be delivered. ❄️🥫 What started as a stressful and unexpected refrigerator failure turned into a much smoother experience because of her knowledge, patience, and dedication to finding a solution. 💯 Thank you, Christine, for your outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond to help me during a difficult situation. Best Buy is fortunate to have you on their team! 👏😊

This is the WORST company I have ever tried to work with. They delivered our microwave and forgot the installation kit 4 weeks ago. they scheduled the installation 4 times on which I had to take off work. AND-NEVER SHOWED!!! We were promised by Josh the geek squad manager and Samir at Best Buy Outlet that this would be taken care of today, and they just told me we weren’t even on the schedule. NO Respect for peoples time. Done with Best Buy on the way to Lowe’s.

This is the place to save money. Must of the appliances and electronics are still new . Just got a $2000 75 inch for 800. Make sure to check the computer and small electronics section. You can check online for items . But go in-person if you can
