Item didn't not arrive on date best buy said it would, can't speak to a person over the phone only a useless AI bot, had to go to the store in person to find out item had not arrived on time and no one could say when it would get there?! What a waste of time. I requested to cancel order and get refund.

Want to please my gratitude upon my experience shopping here, I had a great experience thanks to Valeria excellent customer service she was friendly, well communicated ,and as to willing to help not just me but others with care and patience meeting my expectation how worker should treat there customer making everyone feel welcomed and valued, and you can tell she takes pride in her work, Upon her well personality her positive attitude and dedication truly stand out.
Honestly, If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We walked in there to buy a new fridge. We found it, paid for it, scheduled a delivery for the following weekend. They came to haul my old fridge but not to deliver the new one. They claimed that they didn't have it. No one from Best Buy gave us a courtesy call to inform us that our fridge was not going to be delivered.
I spoke to Best Buy customer service and they rescheduled my delivery for the following weekend. They never showed up and gave me some excuse that the fridge never arrived to the warehouse. Again, no courtesy call. They rescheduled my delivery AGAIN... and yes, they never came, no courtesy call, by then I was absolutely fed up with the way this company was treating me and if I kept on rescheduling, I would get my fridge at the end of the year.
I cancelled my entire order right there an then, I was told that I would get my refund within the next few days. I did, 2 separate refunds. One for the tax paid, and the other one for the fridge and delivery.
Never again doing business with this company.
