Best Buy Houston Outlet

I was recently at this Best Buy for an online pickup and can only confirm that the place is extremely disorganized. Pickup counter was not manned and when I asked for help from other staff, they simply asked me to wait until someone arrives. The process was far from being efficient and I do not recommend this branch.

Found a lot of monitors, which I was looking for

We had a good experience, purchased a washer and dryer for a good deal. Sal was extremely helpful, even getting on the floor checking under a dryer for us. He was informed about the products, and if he did not know the answer to something he found it out for us. He helped us stay within our budget. Although it was past his off time he still patiently helped us throughout the entire purchase. We would definitely purchase something here and again, and will ask for Sal.
