This location had a great sales staff.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I LOST money buying from here. They don’t test their stuff to see if it works.
We will start from the beginning I was searching for a fridge decided to try this place out. I was greeted by a sales rep found a fridge we liked sales rep told me that if I bought the warranty if the fridge ever broke they will just send a tech or replacement.
This is when things get bad. I payed for delivery and installation the fridge wouldn’t get cold and was showing an error code ( compressor, or circuitboard is malfunctioning) driver told me to contact Best Buy so I did they told me I would be a week before anyone would come to fix it. So I asked an exchange if possible they said no since it was a “OPEN BOX” I would need to go to the store to see about getting a new one.
I show up to the store asked for a refund since they didn’t have my fridge size in stock.
The manager came by and told me he couldn’t give me a refund for the delivery or warranty. I was fuming when he told me. that’s $150 for the warranty and $125 for delivery I would be losing. after showing no REMORSE I had no other option but to lose $275.00 and gain a lesson learned don’t ever shop here again
Bought one washer and two dryers here and none of the dryers worked.
Delivery was poor the floor clerks were awful and messed up two of our orders. The manager was able to fix it but we had to come back several times to get it fixed and we still haven't gotten all our
refunds back.
In the end we returned everything and bought a new set from Lowe's. It delivered the same day and the new units were the same price as the refurbished units.
