1 Star — Very disappointing experience. I visited this Best Buy store about two weeks ago to check out and potentially buy the new iPhone unlocked, as I am very happy with my current carrier. A female sales associate approached me, but she was extremely pushy from the start, aggressively trying to force me into buying the phone attached to a specific carrier plan. As soon as I explained that I only wanted an unlocked device, her entire demeanor changed—she became completely dismissive, rude, and blatantly lied to me, claiming that unlocked models wouldn't be available anywhere for at least six months. Immediately after leaving, I walked straight into the Apple Store and bought an unlocked phone with zero hassle or forced plans. I am deeply disappointed by her awful attitude and deliberate dishonesty just to push a carrier contract. I strongly dislike this kind of aggressive, misleading sales tactic and will be taking my business elsewhere.
