The other day I went to look for a internal hard drive for my computer and they told me that I need to "get my phone out and look it up like a smart person" in a very condescending attitude after I told him to please check because I had no signal in the building they told me that I needed to go outside and check for myself then after they saw me struggling for a good 20 minutes did they decide to help me and tell me that no they did not have any in stock, what I don't understand is why the attitude and hassle to look something up on the computer literally took them 30s to look it up

Jesus I. Is the reason from now on I’ll be coming to this Best Buy In West Oaks, which is on Highway 6. I had an issue he resolved . Explain the policy in the way I completely understood. That’s a skill because when we purchased electronics, we wanna make sure what are some of the things I need to be looking out for and I definitely appreciate his assistance today. I have a Best Buy two minutes away from my house but rather drive 20 minutes for future purchases here.
Workers will see you standing at a station ready to purchase and will walk past you. Waited 20 minutes in front a stand until I had to ask a worker to help and another worker was complaining to the person assisting me of having to help another customer lol. It’s laughable at this point. Do not recommend this location at all.
