I tried to procure new computer complete with oversized screen and new printer. Unfortunately no matter where I went and who I asked it was not possible to find someone to assist me with my choices. Best Buy has really gone downhill with their customer service and satisfaction
Just received what appears to be a standardized response asking me to come back so they can help me. It appears Best Buy has no real idea what actually goes on in their stores. The staff just sits around in various little groups talking and don’t want to get up and help people even when a customer asks for help. They just point to an area and say it’s over there or claim they’re already working with someone and wait for you to walk away. I have no interest in going back for more of their customer non- service
