I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. The staff made me feel uncomfortable by closely following me around the store instead of offering assistance in a professional way. It felt more like I was being watched than helped. Additionally, several employees appeared distracted and were frequently on their phones rather than assisting customers. Customer service and professionalism were not what I expected. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers can have a better experience.

White lady literally followed us right when we walked in the store. She act like she was storing games on shelf. We didn’t even stayed because we felt discriminated and followed. Im glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing this. I’ll find her name and make sure she will get reprimanded.

Today I visited the Store with my dad to pay his credit card bill, as he always does, and on previous occasions he hadn't had any problems. This time, when we visited the store, the person working in payments refused to help us because we didn't have a Texas ID or driver's license, even though we've paid without any issues using our ITIN in the past. I mentioned that it wasn't the first time I'd paid, but he refused to help me. I spoke with three other people to get help, and they told me that he was the manager, whose name is Gustavo, and that he said they couldn't help me. I had to leave the store without making my payment, and now I'm waiting for late fees to be recharged because I couldn't pay on time, since the staff refused to help me. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable.
