I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy location. The staff made me feel uncomfortable by closely following me around the store instead of offering assistance in a professional way. It felt more like I was being watched than helped.
Additionally, several employees appeared distracted and were frequently on their phones rather than assisting customers. Customer service and professionalism were not what I expected.
I hope management addresses these issues so future customers can have a better experience.

White lady literally followed us right when we walked in the store. She act like she was storing games on shelf. We didn’t even stayed because we felt discriminated and followed. Im glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing this. I’ll find her name and make sure she will get reprimanded.
