Had an issue with my Samsung Note 20 and was told by ATT I had to get a new phone. Talked to a sales Rep for Samsung named Billy, he was awesome. He took his time diagnose my concern with thoroughness like I haven't experienced in a long time. He found the solution to what was wrong with my phone. I wish their were more people like Billy who really care. Kudos 👏🏽 to Billy.

Awful experience today at the service desk. This black lady kept yelling something at me. I took a router to return because I was advised by my internet company to return it to Best Buy to recycle. Anyway, I stood in line, the only one there and the black lady acted like she didn't see me. I could tell, and if she says otherwise she is a liar. She then looked my direction and started mouthing off to a coworker about how customers are returning things unpackaged, etc. I think she thought I was returning something with the box open and cords all over the place. Which I was not. Anyway, I walked up to the counter and told the guy I dropping off a router to get recycled. Then this lady again, began mouthing off from feet away, "Are you sure you're supposed to return it?! Are you sure!? Because once we get it you can't get it back!" First of all, no one was talking to her. So she needs to be quiet and mind her own business and respect customers. Second, of course I knew that I was supposed to return it. That's how I knew to even go to the store in the first place.
