Everyone was super helpful even tho they didn't have what I wanted. They were able to point me to the store that had it available and held 1 for me.
Shoutout to Ky! Today was not a good day at all for me personally. I’ve been to multiple stores today with not so great experiences. The Galleria Best Buy employee was terrible. Ky was helpful, energetic and friendly. He greeted me upon entry and asked I needed anything in particular. I told him exactly what I needed. He looked it up and said give just a few minutes ma’am. Came back five minutes later with my Apple Watch ready to check me out. I was his last customer before leaving for the evening but he still gave GREAT customer service with a smile behind his mask. Thank you Ky for improving my experience and giving me a moment to smile and laugh in-spite of what I’m dealing with personally. GIVE KY A RAISE PLEASE 🙏🏽 ♥️

I'm awarding five magnificent stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to Mr. Ernie and his colleagues at West Oak Best Buy Geek Squad, for giving the best of the best, topnotch, outstanding, first class, second to none services to my desktop. These exemplary technicians, took their time in restoring my technology equipment to its original glory. They did an outstanding repair job to this my desktop, that it's now running perfectly well, without any hitch. What excellent professionals? These proficient, efficient, dedicated technicians wealth of experiences are worthy of emulations , as their work ethics are incomparable. Bravos and Kudos for their hard work. My hats off to these technicians for their selfless services to the community. They should keep on soaring to more goals, as the sky is the limit to their successes!!!
