They will rob you blind on the card, do not sign up for it. They make up fees as they go. Avoid this place like the plague

I ordered an iPhone on jan 4th and for some reason the shipment was delayed and I didn’t get notified until I started to contact UPS and it was awful because they keep transferring my call around, until finally found out that do to bad weather it is delayed until further notice, so I decided to call this location(BestBuy), talked to Joshua to cancel the order but again he said he couldn’t help me and “transferred the call to someone else “ but then hung up; But because I need the phone for work and need the money to look around if I can find one locally. I don’t write reviews much but I think it would help somebody to reconsider ordering online from this company, if you want to cancel an order you more likely won’t get help
