Worst customer service out of all the Best Buy’s. The advisors are nice and kind. The general manager needs to be trained by them. Not helpful at all. I wanted to simply ask a question about the product I’m buying.
Extremely disappointing experience today. There was a line of about 10 people and only one young lady working the register while several other team members were just wandering around. I mentioned it to the manager standing at the front door, who seemed to be staring off into space. Instead of helping, he argued that he had “sent someone” — but that person only handed out pickup orders and didn’t assist with checkout at all.
It’s frustrating to see such poor management and lack of urgency. Looks like Amazon will have my business moving forward. Geez.

Asked me to pull up to the front so someone can help me load up tv. Tv was placed by the exit no one to help me put it in my car. It wasn’t buy where they couldn’t wait 2 min for me to drive to the front to bring car for them to help.
I had a great experience. Someone was available to assist me and I didn't have to wait.
