I'm only giving 1 Star because the place was clean. Other than that the geek squad lied to me about my apple warranty then accused me of buying the product from Walmart. They refused to do a purchase history to validate my claim so I ended up calling best buy customer service to get a copy of the receipt. I spoke with the supervisor and instead of rectifying the problem she was in defense of the employees knowing damn well they are racist. Instead of proving my point I politely left the establishment and called Apple, they verified my 2yr warranty and helped me with my problem. I was completely stereotyped at this place and will never return again and encourage my fellow African American people to boycott this store, let them tell it they don't need our money.

The store was nice, the staff is extra nice, but those AT&T guys were all about sales of THEIR products only and somewhat acting as if they represented Best Buy. If.I wasn't paying attention, I would have thought it was Best Buy. I must say they're knowledgeable, yet sneaky and don't act with integrity. Best Buy should pay closer attention because a customer like me probably won't go back to THAT Best Buy store again. That dude had me at the register thinking I was there for something else. So disappointing. He almost got his phone sale, even after I REPEATEDLY SAID that I was NOT interested in a new.phone, nor AT&T.
