My wife and I recently shopped at this location, looking for a new laptop. The staff was quick to approach us to see what we were interested in. We soon found out that the lady "helping" us was not at all knowledgeable about the products she was trying to sell us. She ended up wandering off, and when we had decided on a laptop, we were told by a supervisor that we had to wait for the lady that was originally "helping" us. By that time, she was with another customer, and the other two employees that were not busy told us the same. We had to wait for her. After 15 minutes of waiting and other employees dodging our glances, we left. As we were walking out, the supervisor asked: "Are you sure you don't want to wait for her?" No customer service skills whatsoever. Unknowledgeable staff. I hope Amazon puts them out of business.

The employees were nice. Pick up for my item was very easy.
Customer service was terrible. No one was even in the store yet no employees could help me find the product that I was looking for, and they all wanted to tell me to go look some wrong direction. Then I finally had somebody to help me find the item it ended up being in the front of the store

Bought a tv from them this Saturday bought the insurance on it for the 65 inch tv . Then tried to load it to my small vehicle did not offer me no shipping , load it to my vehicle went home turn on the tv and it was cracked . Then tried to return it for a new tv then was told that they offer free shipping for any about a 65 inch to tv like it was some type of joke as you guys watched me stuff struggle putting this tv in my vehicles . There saying just because it was out the box . This is insane . Then he told me he can only remove the coverage plan there’s nothing else he can do . The the next day the manager said the same thing looked at the camera and acted like he was doing something . $400 gone like it’s some type of joke
