We bought an open box double oven stove. It was in perfect condition. Before leaving the store I took many pictures to document it's condition. When it was delivered a few days later it had huge dents in it. I pointed them out to the delivery guy and showed him the pictures I took in the store and I refused delivery. The delivery guys said it was likely damaged by the forklift driver in the store warehouse. After going in circles with the AI assistant when I called the store I finally spoke to someone about the issue. The only solution was a refund. We were very disappointed because we really wanted the oven. In the future I would never leave the store without the item in an open box purchase. They are not careful in handling open box items.
