So I shop here regularly and I know sometimes things happens I had asked about my pre order and was told it comes out another day so I was like cool I asked is there a way to change the game for a different system. The guy checked and said the game is sold out and had already cancel my order. I was like that's not what I wanted to do. Came back the next day a girl on the counter on her phone took about 3 minutes to acknowledge us I hope you guys have cameras and can check. After that she said she can't help because it's gone while on her phone. Spoke to a manager and the general manager told me well nothing we can do. Sorry it's your fault. Didn't even want to check the package because inventory it's perfect at that store. Honestly I just feel like this location is going down hill. I'm not suppose another customer oner had the same issue like me not so long ago.

Ordered a laptop online for in store pickup. Said my order would be ready in an hour, I get there and one of the guys working at the customer service desk tells me to just go home and wait for them to email me. I wait a full 24 hours and still nothing. I go back up there and another guy tells me that he has to cancel the order and now I'm out $170 and its going to take a couple days to get the refund. I needed the laptop for work the next day. Ive never had a bad experience at a Best Buy but this location is the absolute worst.
