terrible service, i was told i can use the price matching for black friday with the 175$ membership for my purchase and apparently now i couldn't because it was a black friday sale and they didnt have the item in store, which is stupid because i was able to price match in store like a month ago with their website price match.
also manager smelled like cottage cheese.

This Best Buy doesn’t have an actual check out line, they make people wait in line at the customer service bar so we end up having to wait for people to troubleshoot their orders or returns before we can checkout which should be a quick transaction.
Highly recommend going to another one if you want to avoid waiting 15min or more to check out
