Never ever try to upgrade your phone in this place!! The man that helped me today had no clue what he was doing. He got the numbers swapped around so as the other people on my account were unable to even use their phones. On top of that I added a new line and wanted to keep that persons same number but this changes the number. Not to mention he all of us on different plans! So I return to the store after I realized what happened and says he cannot fix it and that I need to call AT&T customer service. The customer service guy was an idiot too. I cant understand him on the phone and after over an hour on the phone with him I got nothing resolved. Finally i just went to the AT&T store and the first store on Wallisville rd proceeds to tell me they cant do anything either so I try the one near Summerwood and they fixed everything in an instant. I really don’t appreciate this man not knowing what he was doing and ruining my whole Sunday just because he was an idiot. I will not do business here again.
