I had a really disappointing experience at Best Buy due to the store manager, Miguel. Several items on the shelf were clearly mislabeled with a lower price, but when I brought it to his attention, he refused to honor the displayed price. Instead of trying to make it right or even acknowledging the inconvenience, he acted dismissive and unhelpful. Good customer service is about taking responsibility and helping shoppers feel valued, and unfortunately that was not the case here. Definitely expected better from a store manager. I left frustrated and won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

For me to order an open box item then drive an hour to get there, only to find out half the stuff was gon and it was package in a brown regular box.
