They have the worst customer service, down to the manager named Sunny.
She did not care to help me with my return & had me call Best Buy online while she stood at the entrance instead of providing her attention to me the customer.
Issue was not resolved after waisting my time on the phone & in the store for 45 mins.
I was trying to return an item I purchased about 2 months ago which should have been fine since I’m a Best Buy member. But due to the membership not renewing the month before I was unable to return. Best Buy please do better. Even after being a member for years and having a credit card there you still treat your customers like trash. I will definitely be closing my credit account and avoid shopping at Best Buy.
