I hate shopping in this location the most, they are always understaffed, if someone comes to help you and you tell them give a few to look at the models, you've lost the only chance you had to even make a purchase. These people dissappear like it's a magic act!!! Standing for 20 minutes for me to be told " the item isn't available" is such BS. Staff moves like they get charged by the step and the electronics knowledge is abysmal. Do better.

This was a typical Best Buy inside. We went looking for a tv as ours decided to quit one day. The sales team was amazing and very helpful, letting us know of some new features and showing us the difference between units. At the end of the day we got a tv that was much better than the original unit we were looking at, and we’re able to do this for less money.
The staff seemed more worried about messing with their phones and talking to each other than anything else.

Best buy in general is terrible. But this location might be the worst, don't bother calling to ask for availability they lie!
