Bought a $50 HP printer not even six months ago, and it randomly started to spasm out. Couldn’t bring it in nor could I get it swapped out. Had to call customer only for them to jokingly tell that I had to cough up $30 to send someone to inspect it, and then if that person can’t fix it then they’ll ship me one. Last time I’ll waste my money with BestBuy and their joke customer service. (And yes I did all of the steps for troubleshooting and even let them to hack into my computer for them to try and do more troubleshooting as well.)

Hello, thank you for leaving us a review on Google. I had to replace my printer last year, my previous one lasted much longer so I was surprised with this one. Can you please reach out to us via private message on one of the following platforms with more detail about your experience? Please begin your message with "This is regarding my Google Review #29277".

Our interaction with the geek squad was above and beyond at the Copperfield store, thanks guys for your expertise and patience!!
A very bad experience, My wife went to replace the screen protector of her phone that was in good working condition. when the technicians gave it back to her the screen was black halfway and they told her that she had to call the insurance to have it fixed and that she should come back the next day to speak with the manager because he wasn't there. the next day she returned and as expected the manager told her to come back later because he had to investigate and that he was going to call me. at the end of the day they offered her a used phone that of course my wife did not accept and they ended up giving her a card for $ 600.00 and now I have to spend another $ 800.00 to replace her phone all due to the ineptitude of the technician and the manager what a nightmare 😠😠
Extremely disappointed with this location. I will never return. After arriving at the store to purchase an iPad, I was directed to the area. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked the associate at the door if I could get som help. He advised that “he” would be right with me. After another 10 minutes, I walked out of the store and will never return. I went to the Cypress store and made my purchase. I was in and out in 20 minutes. As a retired retail professional, I would advise upper management take a close look at this operation. I would venture to say this is one of your underperforming stores. Zero stars if I could.
