I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Best Buy. I wasn’t able to use the $15 rewards I received for my purchase, and the associate didn’t ask for my rewards number so I could get credit on my purchase. As a result, I ended up paying full price, which was frustrating. I value Best Buy for its products, but I hope the team improves customer service by being more attentive to reward members and ensuring we can use our earned rewards.

Recently bought a new dryer from Best Buy and it was leaking on my floor immediately after Best Buy installed it. Had to schedule someone from Best Buy to come and look at it. They took a week and a half then just blamed it on condensation from the dryer vent or something in the wall. I had to schedule an appointment with the builder of my house to inspect the exhaust vent this took another week. We pulled the dryer away from the wall and confirmed the water was coming from under the dryer. I tried returning the dryer and they wouldn’t accept it because is was the 17th day since installation.
Save yourself the hassle and buy your appliances somewhere else.
Not much customer service, great products
