Time after time this location has failed to perform any basic level of customer service. Each time I have gone to purchase something they can’t find it in their store, or they just jump into another sale so they can take money with no questions asked. I get it’s a business and these people are doing their jobs, but this is the 3rd time I’ve walked out without any help given and with the same issue. No one completing a sale, I wasted close to an hour waiting on the only 2 gentleman in the tech department while I seen several employees just standing around. As for one of the tech employees he never returned with a price on a monitor I was interested in, and went back to checking out customers/selling laptops to people just who were just saying yes. I am dissatisfied with Best Buy as a whole, and I believe that with the price points you have on your items, you should at least have some understanding/basics to customer satisfaction.

It's been a decade or so since i last step into this store. I would call myself a gamer, and all you will get here is mediocre parts if you were thinking of building your own computer. Their monitors though weren't too bad, but good luck with specific models. For example, if you wanted a Honda Civic Type R, they will only have the base model and/or SI.
