We bought a 55-in Sony TV and within the month after I got it to get it installed. The remote control went out. Call them several times. Would not send a geek squad over to my house. I kept referring me to other people which got real frustrating so my daughter came over and fixed it in 2 minutes.
There were always nice but when you work all the time like me and my wife seem like they would make adjustments to their scheduling to be there when we get off work. But they don't do that. They come certain days and times to be there and when you work full-time that's almost impossible to do. That's why it took so long to get it installed. But I do recommend James the one of the geek squad that came over to get in installed my TV. Very nice. Very knowledgeable.

This Best Buy location is the gold star location in the area. The salespeople are knowledgeable and eager to help. The Geek Squad people are courteous, patient, and proficient.
