I am so grateful for the service that the techs at the Willowbrook location provided for me and my 95 year old mom. Starting with Tyler, a young man working in the computer department was very helpful in explaining and recommending a computer for my mom. When we came back to purchase the computer, Tyler was off so Cam helped us right away! We didn’t even half to wait. He even assisted us by getting our old computer out of the car and bringing it in to the Geek Squad so they could transfer the data! When we came back to get the computer from the Geek Squad, Tariq was very patient with me and mom, almost an hour and half! Service with a smile! Thank you Best Buy! Thank you Tyler, Cam, Michael (he checked in mom’s computer) and Tariq.

This review is for the Willowbrook Houston Location. Poor service during return of Subwoofer that was not the right purchase for me. I processed the return on the BB app and they said simplify return to store or return by mail. As I was near this location today, I decided to return it here. I showed the initial return specialist my phone with the bar code for the return. He opened the box and proceeded to look for a serial number or barcode. The sub had neither. He proceeded to fumble around and then I ask him to get help from a supervisor. The supervisor came over, I think her name was Cynthia . This was on 4/16/2026 around 11am. She proceeded to look for a number too! I find this was strange as the subwoofer did not have a serial number or barcode or whatever she said her computer was asking for. I had returned a more expensive Bose subwoofer to the Cypress store with no issues as it only works with a Bose sound bar. I have a Sony receiver purchase around April 10th. I am just wondering why the manager or supervisor at the Willowbrook location was profiling me? Or if she just doesn’t know her company’s return policy? Either way, I think she should be removed!!
