We received great help in our new laptop purchase.
I bought a TV for in-store pickup. When I came by to pick it up, I was told they gave it to someone else. NOT my problem. We're at minute 45. Still waiting on my TV.... if you're wondering, they sit in here to waste your time and act as if you're the thief instead of their poor training/performance.
