Lack of integrity. I purchase a new gas range, microwave and dishwasher on May 31, 2025 and best buy was the fulfillment team for this pickup order on June 4th. I received a dishwasher that was wrapped in plastic paper without install kit or manual. Tried to add the warranty to the dishwasher to find out that it was already registered to someone else.
Best buy agreed that i should have not been given that item and they are unsure of why it was given to me as a package. They offered no help with resolving the issue but insisted that I needed to speak to samsung because we're the ones that took my money. I explained that best buy Conducted the fulfillment and they should be held accountable. Explained that i would Purchase the dishwasher directly from bestbuy if they Adjusted the price to what is originally paid for it. I was firmly meet with a no and advised that the price is paid was an open box price. I explained to the appliance sales rep that samsung.com doesn't sale open boxes they sale refurbished items and that is clearly identified before you purchase them.
He refused to attempt to assist any future and advised that it was a samsung issue. Please keep in mind that the price match price was $509 and the item was on the sales floor for $599. A difference of $90.
Clearly this lack of desire to fix best buy mess up stemmed from some other place that clearly showed no sign of trying to do the right thing.

Nice store and clean store but the workers would rather sit around and laugh with their coworkers than help customers. We asked for help twice, they radioed people over both times but ended up having to find someone ourself.
