I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Best Buy today thanks to Hannah! I came in looking for an Apple Pencil, and she greeted me and helped me right away. Not only was she attentive, fast, and friendly, but she also took the time to explain Best Buy’s open-box inventory to me which is something I had never heard of before.
I was able to find an open-box Apple Pencil that looks and works basically brand new while saving some money! I also picked up a pair of EarPods while I was there. Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and Hannah made my entire visit so pleasant. Go Hannah!
