Manager Hanna is the sole reason I will not be returning. Ive made many purchases here including headphones, my pc build, cameras, etc . But on my most recent visit when trying to pay and leave they would not let me use my Best Buy car which I have used before in the same way. The way she handled the situation was very rude and unreasonable. There was a boy working at the front that was great very helpful and professional( I think his name was Fernando) this store has always had everything I need in stock as I don’t like buying and ordering items online, and every other visit has been good.
