Best Buy is a great store with a wide variety of items, you can definitely find many things you might be looking for. I also really like that they offer their own card, which allows you to pay over time with no interest for several months, making everything much more convenient.
However, I have to be honest—at one point I started to feel a bit stressed because no one was assisting me. I was already thinking about leaving a bad review due to the lack of attention… until Ezequiel showed up.
Ezequiel was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. From the moment he approached me, he guided me through the entire process—explaining everything I needed to know and helping me all the way through checkout. He truly turned my experience around.
I want to thank Ezequiel for making my visit smooth and enjoyable. Because of him, what started as a frustrating experience ended on a very positive note.

When I walked in, the staff and security was talking at the door.
It was hard to find workers in the area I was looking in, I finally found someone to help and they had an attitude and was not helpful.
I had to walk back to the register to get service and what Best Buy in the area had my product I needed. Never going back. Worse experience ever.
Best Buy does not have your best interests in mind as a consumer or as a client

Not many products that would entice me to spend money. Bad area.
