Had to return a TV that the sound went out in 2 days after purchasing. I asked for an even exchange. The customer service girl never spoke to me except to tell it it would be a moment to bring up the replacement and then to tell me I owe additional money. I asked why and all she said was, this is an unopened box. I declined and left. How can the call themselves customer service when they dont talk to you? I went back to talk to the manager and all he said was he would talk to her, blah blah blah
Geed Squad - I visited the Geek Squad 6 times and then had to pay for a home visit - and now worse off than when I started. Started with 4 issues - Copy feature in my Outlook email account stopped working - NOT fixed; Microphone stopped working - Fixed after I left the computer for the second time on my 5th visit; Stop saved documents from going to cloud - NOT fixed, Automatic spell check stopped working in Outlook - NOT fixed. After 6 visit I scheduled a home visit at an additional cost because my computer would not talk to my printer. Representative came, my computer talks to my printer but said I needed to go back to store for my other issues.
I stressed first thing at every visit that I do not handle change well, I am not versed in technology that is why I use Geed Squad and I want everything to look the same but work. When I got the computer back on the 6th visit and turned it on, I didn't recognize anything. Made me extremely mad and I needed help to turn it off it was that different. I previously would turn my computer on, the 8 icons would show up for me to click on for everything I did. I turned the computer on and the screen was blank. I have progressed some but still having issues and can not find documents and download to print. Still have other issues. When I bought this computer several years ago I had 2 home visits by a Geek Squad representative (the same one) who was patient and a good listener. I was extremely happy until my issues started. I did the same routing everyday. Where has that type of service gone?
