The store clerk Joshua was amazing. The rest of the staff not so good. They screwed up by delivery by not sending enough support to move the appliances upstairs (3stories) yes, it was noted on the order. Now they are telling it will be after Thanksgiving before they deliver the appliances. This is a result of being under staff and watching your customers suffer. Shame on you Best Buy.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received at Best Buy recently. After a frustrating experience at the Apple Store, where I was told I’d need to wait 20 minutes just to buy an iPhone 16 (even though I knew exactly what I wanted), I decided to leave and try Best Buy instead. And I’m so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by no less than four friendly associates who were eager to help. They guided me through the process quickly and efficiently. In under 15 minutes, I walked out with a brand-new Galaxy S24 Ultra and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The associates were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The contrast between the two stores was stark. While the Apple Store made me feel like my time wasn’t valued, Best Buy treated me like a priority. If you’re looking for great service and a team that’s ready to assist, skip the Apple Store and head to Best Buy. They’ve earned my business and my loyalty.

I just made a simple purchase today of 2 headphones and a smart watch. Charged it on my card so no money handling. When I got home the watch wasn’t in the bag. I normally do not do reviews but this made me mad. Most people have difficult jobs however being a cashier is not a difficult job especially if you’re just scanning the product and putting it in a bag. If you can’t do that correctly then you shouldn’t be doing that job. Maybe I could understand it if it was busy but there was no one else in the line! Talk to your associates so your customers aren’t having to come back to your store because we’re trusting your associates to do their job correctly.
