I usually buy my electronics through Best Buy because my experience with customer service has always been great. That was not the case today. I had an appointment with Geek Squad today for tv I purchased from Best Buy in Nov. 2025. The two kids working the counter were about as uninformed and unhelpful as it gets. The employee helping me couldn't tell me what the policies or processes were for the tv, what the warranty would still cover, and it truly seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Very frustrating, and I will not be shopping at this Best Buy in the future.
I was 90% sure of what I needed. Looking for a cheap printer. Walked in, back to the printer aisle. 3 different employees walked past me, no hi or do you need help. I got my printer, found the ink and then their checkout line is mixed with customer service, so, stood there for 15 minutes. Only 2 people infront of me. Only reason this got 3 stars, printer was lik $50 off an a month of free ink and the store was clean.
Unacceptable storefront appearance. A row of unattended chairs at the entrance during business hours makes the store look disorganized and poorly managed. If management can’t keep the front entrance presentable, it raises concerns about overall store standards.
Typical Best Buy. Great selection and good service.
