Absolutely crappy store! A dozen employee standing around talking to each other. Has three different people to get someone to help me. After 15 minutes I gave up. I will just buy it on Amazon.

Would be one star had the really polite worker not have walked me through the process but this bestbuy is super deceptive with their open boxes. Went to purchase a open box "good condition" monitor from them, and I see there's no box. It's pretty obvious it's a display unit, which is terrible for OLED monitors. I asked the worker who was super polite to help plug the monitor in, and I saw the display time on it. It was 9.7k hours which is just unreasonable for any monitor to be sold with that amount of time without a disclosure. I returned it on the spot with the help of the worker, and went to the Outlet bestbuy and bought the same exact condition monitor to which is was completely brand new labeled as "good condition" cause it had a smudge that was able to be wiped off instantly, and had 3 hours of display. Just keep in mind when you purchase an open box from willowbrook, it seems insanely deceptive, and I will personally not be buying any open box from this store again.
