I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy and its customer service.
On May 4, 2026, I purchased a Samsung monitor that retailed for $999.99 and used a valid $500 promotional discount code. After the discount and taxes, my total came to $541.24.
After receiving the monitor, I realized I had ordered the wrong model. On May 7, 2026, I went to the Best Buy store at 8210 S. Gessner Rd in Houston to exchange it for the correct monitor. During the exchange, I was specifically told by Best Buy employees that my $500 promotional discount would transfer to the replacement monitor.
Unfortunately, that did not happen. My Best Buy/Citi credit card account ended up showing charges for both the original purchase and the replacement monitor, creating an incorrect balance and effectively causing me to lose the $500 promotional credit I was promised would be honored.
I have spent hours contacting both Best Buy and Citi, but I have received conflicting information and no meaningful resolution. This situation should have been a straightforward exchange, yet I have been left dealing with incorrect charges and poor follow-through from customer service.
I expected Best Buy to honor the promotional credit that was promised during the exchange and to correct the billing issue promptly. Instead, the process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Vale la pena comprar cualquier producto en la tienda. Lo que es muy pequeña y la oferta es poca.
