Horrible customer service. The employees were not clear about where customers were supposed to stand for checkout versus returns, which caused unnecessary confusion and waiting. After finally waiting in line, I walked up to the counter, greeted the employee, and received no response or acknowledgment.
However, as I was leaving, I noticed the same employee greeting the customers behind me. It felt as though they were picking and choosing which customers they wanted to be friendly and provide good customer service to. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and the customer service needs significant improvement.
The Best Buy in Sugarland is a much better store overall. In fact I think any other Best Buy is better than this store.
