Best Buy Sharpstown

I got my car radio installed here a few days ago,I didn’t have money for one at Best Buy so I went somewhere else. Fast forward i got my car back after an hour and a half, it seemed to work fine until my dad called me and he could hear me but I couldn’t hear him, so I called the place I got the radio from because because that’s a major problem I got a radio to not have to press the speaker button and everything on my phone they pretty much told me that the wires were most likely the entire problem. I tried to get back into Best Buy but they was going to charge me again and it would take a week to get in so me and one of my friends took apart my dash in the parking lot the absolute mess of wires that was waiting for us behind my dash was insane. EVERY single wire was placed completely wrong. There is pictures of what it should look like and what it did. We sat in the parking lot splicing and attaching the correct wires together and putting them into a connector

i just had the most horrible experience in this best buy. i took my ipad and logitech pencil to the geek squad. the older middle eastern man was ZERO help. i explained the issue i was having and he looked at me as if he was so displeased to do his job. he never gave me his name nor did he have a name tag. he said he was going to check things out and took my devices into the back. not long after he returns to the counter to help other guests. he did not update/communicate with me about anything. after checking out multiple guests he waltzed to the back and returns with MY ipad open to a google search of the wrong logitech device and tells me that my pencil isn’t compatible, which was incorrect. if i could give negative stars i would.

They will replace the radio in our car.
