I visited the store off Old Katy Road around 4:00–5:05 PM to process a refund for a mouse I had purchased online. Josephine assisted me at the checkout counter and was exceptionally polite and professional. She handled the refund efficiently and was very patient throughout the process. I truly appreciated her kindness and effort—thank you for the excellent service!
Came into this store just to purchase an iPad for my company and I just got ignored. Workers would look at me and not even ask if I needed help or even greet me. Then I ask if someone could help me and with a snarky attitude, they tell me that all workers are occupied and someone was already called to help me .
Everyone has a look on their face like they don’t even want to work haha
I wanted to just step out and leave to another BestBuy but it’s the closest to my job .

If I could give him zero star, on Sunday I would go around the store to find a game from my play 5 and one of the workers would talk to him and ignore me and I know that I would listen to him because I would follow him with my eyes and when he saw that he was watching him, I told the other he wants a game, he behaved as rude as I would ask him, I am a customer or you could say he was a customer, my money is worth everywhere, then another saleswoman would attend to me badly and I am not wanting to harm the store, but they should. If we hire people who can deal with their day to day, we all have bad days, but the work is respected, the client is respected because of our money we buy, the store lives, I would do a cleaning or rather a hidden customer supervision so that they can see how their workers behave, it is sad to arrive at a store where you are going to look for something and they will reluctantly attend you and I could say who they were, but I really leave them to the fate of the company, but not to me. They get a peso back, my money is worth here and wherever.
