I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy on Bunker Hill Road. I found merchandise on the shelf marked at $40, and a store representative confirmed the price. However, when I got to the register, the item rang up for over $60. Instead of honoring the price I was told, the manager refused to match it, offering a weak excuse about the holidays and employees not knowing how to merchandise.
To make matters worse, I was directed to call corporate to resolve the issue. After being transferred three times, I still haven’t received any help. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. All the store had to do was match the price they displayed, but they failed to do right by the customer.
I would not recommend shopping at this location. The holidays are no excuse for poor service and untrained employees.
