Joke of a store. Cancelled my order TWO MONTHS after I placed it after constantly being reassured it would come in. Called support and he legit told me that employees have been taking customers orders for themselves and canceling them but there was nothing they could do about it. I wonder which employee at the Bunker Hill location is the thief? Management should really consider changing their practices and keeping an eye on who they hire. It's not ok to run a business this way and hurt the customers like this. I now have two very disappointed children and the product is now out of stock everywhere so there is no chance of being able to get it. This was after staying up till midnight to get it on release date. This store and brand need shutting down and management at this location should be fired if they are allowing employees to steal customer orders. And again, it wasn't me that said that, IT WAS THEIR OWN CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE !!!

Chris in the laptop section was simply amazing. His knowledge was vast and he was so patient with me as well. The store was clean and in order. And they had exactly what I needed in stock. I went to the different stores when I should have just went to Best Buy first!!
I came in on a wednesday afternoon there was no one in the store. I asked 3 different employees to help me and they never came until Joshua from samsung did he was very nice even though i wasnt even buying something in his section
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at this Best Buy store located at Bunker Hill. We needed to pick up an online order today and no representative notified us of the extended wait time (1 hour), despite having provided our contact information during the online ordering process.
This lack of communication led to an unnecessary and lengthy wait, causing us this inconvenience and wasted time.
I believe it is essential for Best Buy to improve its communication and customer service standards to prevent such incidents in the future. As a customer, I expect transparency and timely updates regarding my orders.
I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address this issue.
