I found the product I was looking for and received excellent service. The price was right.
Management team at this location is terrible. Best Buy needs to do a better job training their managers in proper Customer Service.

They give you a different product than the one you bought on sale, and instead of saying it was a mistake, they'll fix it and give you what you bought, they just offer you a refund or give you the correct product, paying the non-sale price, which is no longer available at that price, of course.
How many people do you deceive who don't know how to check what they bought?
If you purchased a refurbished Apple Watch Ultra 2 for $399 plus taxes between July 8 and 12, 2025, make sure you received a refurbished Apple Watch Ultra 2, because you likely received a refurbished Ultra 1.
