Relatively slow service especially when we were the only ones in the store. Seems overpriced cheaper to buy online.
My experience ranges from 1 to 5 stars. I feel like I am often invisible here. The plus side, no pushy salesperson equals time to research items online. Once I finally find someone to assist, they are knowledgeable but too few employees to go around. I do find warranty repair to be challenging to utilize as there is so little flexibility in scheduling or meeting the customer needs.
Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about every question I had! If he wasn't sure he was eager to learn for the both of us! He made everything simple and efficient! Thanks Paul for taking the time to help me get my new watch!
