To purchase an apple gift cards they had it but the one card worked and the other was detained from working best buy employees were not helpful in obtaining the reason why but for a suggestion concerning fraud i was told the 100 dollar card needed a pin or it didn't have money on it I finally got in touch with apple and found out sometimes when fraud is suspected they put a temporary hold on the card and you just have to wait an hour or so for the funds to be released back to the card if anyone were to but a gift card take a screenshot and text it to someone, beware it tends to look suspect whether you trust the recipient or not
Best Buy had a clean, well-organized layout and was easy to navigate. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable once someone was available, but it did take a while before anyone acknowledged me. If you’re not in a rush, it’s a solid place to shop for electronics and tech — just be prepared to wait a bit before getting assistance.
Bought a TV and the customer service was on point!
I was having an issue with a phone I had bought on line and one female employee was rude and not helpful at all..was glad she left her post cuz then a young showed up to help and he was so much more polite and well mannered and he took care of our problem with no attitude..
