I went in to purchase a tablet specifically to use for mapping with no cell signal. The person helping me assured me "with 100% certainty" that the tablet they sold me has onboard GPS to support that usage. Well, low and behold, it doesn't have that capability. It is a wifi only tablet (confirmed by samsung customer support), and therefore it will be useless for my needs. Pretty frustrating to go in store, listen to the measly sales pitch about switching all my phone plans to AT&T, ask for 1 specific function on the tablet, and the person couldn't even bother to get that correctly. Can't wait to see how the return process goes. I'm sure they'll want to give me in store credit only or something like that even though I paid cash for it.

Today we bought the meta quest 3 , a young lady by the name of Jeanise salas attended us, and wow!! Can I tell you what a phenomenal saleswoman. Full of knowledge on the product being sold, gave us full information on the warrenty along with service with a smile, the world of electronics truly needs more of her.. thank you so much Miss Salas , we’ll be back to see you again!
