DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME OPEN THE ITEM FIRST AND CHECK SERIAL NUMBER TO RECEIPT after speaking with customer support this is not the first incident. I bought a meta quest 3 for 650. Tried to return with original receipt. Item had a diff serial number. DO NOT BUY ANY GAME SYSTEM FROM HERE THEY ARE RUNNING AN OPEN BOX SCAM. IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME OPEN THE ITEM FIRST AND CHECK SERIAL NUMBER TO RECEIPT OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED LIKE ME
And dont bother sending me some msg about "reaching out" your customer service cant do anything. I used to purchase all my appliances and games through best buy you lost a lifetime customer due to this dirty store
