Excellent customer service! Excellent product knowledge! I had an amazing first experience and throughout in this location. Ethan helped me in finding the right product I needed, recommend add ons to the product and answered the many questions I had! He explained things in simple terms and broke down the technology to me. Ethan was professional, quick, thorough in knowledge and great help to me. Came back the second time to buy the add on and same great experience, I appreciate the front of store also being kind and helpful. Came back the third time because I had stuck the technology the wrong way and geek squad was awesome successful in removing it! Thank you to this best buy and everyone in it! Definitely come to this location awesome people=awesome experience!

Movers broke my TVs and needed a 55 inch temporary TV until the insurance company pays out. Everyone is interacted with was really patient and amazing. Gave me great advice as I will be buying my new TVs from them

Can't reach anyone by phone to get help. Unable to get past the most annoying AI I have ever dealt with! Wound up with a guy in India that said he was Unable to help and recommended calling back. Still, after two hours Unable to talk to anyone or to receive a call back from the messages that have be left. The worst customer service on the planet! No wound the sales projections are so poor.
