Never have any issues when I come here. Customer service is always great!
Since I'm in from out of town, I tried to order a pickup but it wasn't allowing me to use my Best Buy card. So I confirmed that they had the product, a shark floor sweep, in stock and drove there. One of the blue shirts asked me if I needed help. You showed me right where it was picked up. The box took it to the counter and I paid for it. That's customer service man! Thanks guys,from an out of town Californian.
This Best Buy store in hurst is in a great location. But due to the lack of knowledge of the employees that work in the store and the lack of support from the employees in the store. I now have to drive an extra 10 miles out of my way to get the proper Support from another Best Buy that truly cares about the values of their customer.
