Purchase a few products for Christmas. returned 1 of them. The product was okay.
It's just that they didn't give me all the information on it that they could have. That information would
have been critical to the decision to purchase. They are ok, I guess.
Honestly, until this Christmas, we had stopped purchasing anything from Best Buy years ago. And now I remember why. They just seem to be purposefully vague
sometimes when answering your questions.

Big shout out to Jeff & Matt at the Best Buy Hurst, TX store. I don't have enough characters to detail my entire experience, but I walked into the Hurst location today to meet Jeff hosting. As I began to recount my recent 1.5 month long experience, Matt walked up & got on the computer in an attempt to see what he could find. After going to another computer system & several minutes of research, they gained a full understanding of my quandary & resolved the problem completely by replacing the television I was missing from the order I placed for a non-profit for which I serve as IT director. Thank you, Jeff & Matt....you guys rock!!!!

Walk in first time someone help me. Good experience. Second time walk-in nobody help. Came in at 2pm. Waited at the register took about 4 minutes before somebody came. The lady just checked me out and I asked her if I can use my rewards. Second time she checked me out. And I said I can I use my rewards again. Then I have to ask for a bag for my stuff. No customer service, smile or being friendly.
