Nice clean and custom service is amazing
We were at this location the last week of August 2024. This crew seriously has zero problem-solving skills, zero customer service skills and zero self-awareness. The front crew were just huddled in groups chatting it up with each other even though there customers looking confused and probably waiting for someone to assist. Seriously, I don't know why we even bother going here for electronics when we could easily just shop on Amazon.
How does this location have too many people and not enough help? If this location represents Best Buy, they will not last much longer.
