It took forever to get anyone to help us. We asked someone at the customer service counter to get someone to help us purchase a Remarkable tablet and router. After 10 minutes, I walked up to the security guy at the front and asked him. He called someone too. After waiting another 10 minutes someone finally came over to help us. The store was empty, but there were several employees walking around talking to each other having a great time. We couldn't get anyone's attention. I would have been better off just buying it on Amazon because the employee did not have any knowledge of the products as well.
