online orders? never heard of her. this place blatantly lied about a motherboard being in stock and would not give it to us despite it being paid for.my boyfriend went up there, they put it on the counter in front of him, and then said they couldn’t give it to him, again, despite it being paid for. instead, i canceled my order and went up there and bought the EXACT SAME BOARD that they said “wasn’t in stock.” it was on the shelf, nothing was wrong with it, absolutely nothing. i’m beyond pissed and when i tried to call they hung up on me. i would recommend just going in store if you absolutely need to get something from here because their customer support sucks and they obviously don’t know how to handle online orders. unprofessional and extremely rude. OH and good luck actually getting ahold of anyone. they just send you to a call center!!!! how cool!!!!!

This Best Buy seems so much bigger than all the others! Loved it! We got everything we needed. I wish we would have been able to find help quicker, but we managed. Overall, great store!
