Worst customer service provided. I purchased a smart thermostat and installation from best buy. I had to take the day off because their 7-7 is the worst window provided. After the thermostat installation was done, the AC would not work, and this was after the guy left. I wasted 4 hours calling their 4737 Hurst number, their 5778 geek squad number, I was transferred calls, I chatted with their live agent, I did everything. But best buy didn't assist with anything. Instead I was offered to reschedule for another day to have them come over and fix my thermostat. Meanwhile my temperature jump from 69 before installation, to 91 two hours later. They couldn't offer a refund for the installation even if I fixed it. So $400+, no working AC, and the worst customer service. Doesn't matter if you're a best buy member or not, they simply don't care. 0 stars if I could.
