Today my wife and I stopped in to look at the Samsung 8 Smartwatches, and the help we got was absolutely AWESOME!! Haley and David took their time and explained everything about the watches, and because of them we decided to buy 2 watches. Also the other Haley(Different Spelling) helped out with checking us out. All 3 were great and we love our new watches. Lastly, shoutout to Payton she works for AT&T but she stopped by and made our experience even better!

On June 15th, I placed an order for a new TV, and installation. My appointment was for today June 27 for the delivery and installation. During this time, I completed the required checklist online and moved everything around inside my home. This morning of the appointment my order was on track for an ETA of 1130 AM. A few hours before arrival they called to cancel and reschedule. This was for Father's Day. I paid a lot for this and its my first time buying via this method with Best Buy. I've tried calling the store it was ordered from but was told they dont take calls at the store. Its all outsourced. Upsetting is an understatement. I paid and I did my checklist but Best Buy failed. I will not ever do business with Best Buy again after this. Absolutely the worst experience with them and they have been ZERO help.

I would love to give a great view for Mr. Mannie with Android which was very helpful, kind, and informative with a smile with on his face with great conversation, and also thanks to Mr. Zayden which assisted my daughter with information concerning a Apple Watch if we didn't ask we wouldn't have known that he's only been working here for 3 weeks he's very knowledgeable with a positive attitude. Both gentleman Hospitality was top tier, and great job knnep up the Awesome work. Also, Mr. Jason was very cool, laid back representive, and he's was very helpful as well with a great sense of humor.
