This is a corporate scam… we bought three items from the Euless/Bedford location with the promise and confirmation that they would have one item shipped from Burleson to our home in Mansfield by Monday, 12/22/25. Received a message from Fed Ex that the item was delayed FROM ILLINOIS and would not be here till Jan 2nd! Over two weeks from purchase! We went to Burleson and bought it and plan to return the one from ILLINOIS when it FINALLY arrives. Best Buy, if you can’t fulfill orders DO NOT promise your customers otherwise. We will shop at other electronics dealers from now on.

Best Buy always has very helpful associates on the floor. I love the door greeter. I can always ask where something is as soon as I go in the door and they steer me in the right direction. I also have a credit card with them which makes shopping even more convenient and beneficial. You can look online for things in stock at the store before you go to save you a trip if they don't have it, and you can also get curbside pickup.
