I made a return, high dollar return of over $600, without the original receipt (I did have a printout of it from my account in their app though) so I was expecting it to bea rather difficult process. However, I was pleasantly surprised how quick & easy it was. There wasn't a line when we went in so we immediately got helped. From the time we walked through the front doors till the time we walked out the exit doors was maybe 5 minutes. So happy it was a customer-friendly experience. I had 2 bad experiences at that Best Buy - the one in Hurst by the NE Mall - both about 15 yrs. ago, so Ive only darkened their door as a last resort over the years, but my last 3 visits have been very positive, enough to change my mind. I've had great customer service, in stock hard to find products and a super fast, easy return experience. I will definitely be looking at Best Buy first when I need something they carry instead of as a last resort when I can't find a specific product anywhere else.
I haven't shopped at Best Buy in years due to a previous poor experience, but every one at this location was helpful and friendly.
