It’s a Best Buy. I went to purchase a Logitech Mouse. The moderately priced ones were out of stock, so it was either the $140 model or the $20 model. The staff was helpful when asked. Just call ahead if you are looking for something specific. Good parking. An army of staff.

Best Buy has shifted its focus away from enthusiasts. While they still stock standard electronics and appliances, the selection of individual PC components is gone. I asked a staff member for motherboards, and she wasn't familiar with the hardware. It seems the days of finding technical expertise and parts there are over.

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I was laughed at, offered no resolution, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused and then hung up on. I have been trying to formally complain about the service I received, but I’ve been given nothing but the runaround. After spending nearly an hour explaining my situation, reviewing my complaint, and clearly stating what resolution I was seeking, I was simply told to contact someone else instead. I was given a case number, but when I followed up to check the status, I was once again brushed off with no real answers. All I want is to make a complaint about the way I was treated, but it genuinely feels like no one cares or takes accountability. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
