As long as you have an extended warranty on your devices this place is the best
When I walked in the store, the greeter told me he would have someone help me in the computer section. Waited in the computer section for about 10 minutes for somebody to show up. Asked three people for assistance and after 20 minutes, decided to walk out of the store. If you want assistance, don’t expect it at this store.

I went here to purchase a new Galaxy S26 ultra. I traded in my S23. The staff was helpful.
Ridiculous Geeksquad screwing up correct booking codes for TV unmount and remount. Charged me $300+ and took me 3x going to store to get someone to correct code. Day of install, driver has no idea and thinks he is unboxing/install TV. I complained to store mgr about their lack of efficiency and follow up…tells me he is sorry..I ask him what he is going to do about it and tells me nothing. I suggested he review the situation so he could learn something from it. I cancelled my service and had job competed by task rabbit handyman for 1/3rd the price. I will never buy or use Best Buy again
