Took an hour for them to let me pay the price of a TV it had listed on the box itself. I left and came back and it still wasn’t fixed. Genuinely not sure why repricing was such an issue when the price tag was literally on the box and it just scanned and was much higher despite it being repriced at a lower rate.
Not sure what training staff gets but clearly it needs to be better. I know stuff happens that’s unavoidable but staff was unhelpful and seemed to forget I was even there a few minutes before asking what I needed?? I just wanted a TV man, I knew which one and what price it should be and didn’t want to spend my morning waiting at customer service :(
