I have called 5 times this week July 1,2026 and this AI is a joke!!!! U can't speak to a real person. But Best Buy want us to spend our money in thier company. They need to get rid of AI!!!!

Got what i needed but didn’t seem to get assistance as workers just saw me and walked by until i asked to get something up front at the counter.

Store opens at 10 AM. It is 10:20 and they still haven’t opened the store.
At first i was going to give a bad review, several visits with bad customer service, whether they were busy or not, today started out the same, went to blue shirt up front, ended up being the store manager, he was very professional and caring, I vented he reacted with professionalism and problem solving skills, went from one star to five star review, I am big on customer service, he made that up!!!
