Dear Best Buy employees,
This afternoon I bought a HDMI thing to connect to my monitor. But it shattered it into 67 pieces and transformationed it to a Play Station. Therefor my monitor screen shattered into glass pieces also landing in my tofu box. My little baby boy, Jeremiah, who is 67 months old ate the tofu. And now he won’t stop crying and complaining about his blood clot in the side of his head.
If I could give Best Buy 0 stars I would. So Im giving it 5 stars
I purchased a new laptop in May of 2025, along with a 2 y wear Geek Squad protection plan. The hard drive failed in October 2025 and when it was taken in for repair, we were told the previous protection plan would not cover the repair and we needed to purchase a Best Buy Total membership for an additional $179.99,plus tax, in order to have the computer repaired. Customerservice later confirmed that we did not need the additional protection for the repair, but as the repair was processed under the new plan, we could not cancel the unnecessary plan and receive a full refund.

Terrible service in this location. I bought microsoft office 365 with $150 just for excel, word and powerpoint. Customer service did not refund it. Never go there
