I have always had a good experience at this location, but Cisco truly went above and beyond this time. I had ordered some last minute Christmas gifts, but upon arriving, the app would only allow me to check in for curbside pickup for one and showed the other one as in-store pickup and it couldn’t be converted to curbside pickup via the app. Cisco anticipated the situation and brought out both orders without me needing to go inside. He was friendly, attentive, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. Outstanding customer service, thank you, Cisco!
I had a complex issue with an exchange. Customer service didn’t want to deal with my issue and customer service was no help. I was on my way out of the store frustrated and vowing to never shop at Best Buy again when I bumped into Keith (manager). He listened to my issue and saw beyond the complexities and gave me a practical and fair solution. It’s refreshing that customer service still exists in some places. I usually shop at the Cypress or Copperfield locations, but will purchase from the fry rd location from now on because of the excellent customer service I got from Keith. He should be applauded and commended for making sure the customer left happy.
The customer service is excellent in this location. Cece, the supervisor, was very helpful and assisted us with our product issues.
