They don't price match from Sam's club. So I had to drive there to buy the electric I was looking for.

Worst company to purchase electronics from. They will keep what you ordered and send you something for less, then refuse to replace what you actually ordered. Customer support is utterly horrendous.
Updated to 4 stars only because I went in to this physical location and both the gentleman at the door and the manager, Brandon, were extremely apologetic of the situation and helpful. The real issue is the 800 support line, not this store or the workers.
Do not order online and have it shipped to your house. I called support at least 3 or 4 times and each time I got totally different answers and instructions. Nothing was clear to me until I went to the physical location.
