I walked into Best Buy thinking I knew what I needed… turns out I did not. Luckily James with Microsoft, stepped in before I made some very questionable tech decisions. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and somehow stayed patient the whole time. If you’re in Best Buy and feeling lost, just find James. Your future self will thank you. He is the whole package when it comes to sales, knowledge and technology! He needs a raise!!!
Hard to find help and it smelled.
James, the whole package, is the best at customer service, laughter, willing to share his knowledge and not wanting anyone to loose out on time and money. I 1000% recommend James in the computer section. Awesome
