The geek squad here is not customer friendly. If you have any dust or anything else in your computer you might as well take it somewhere else. I strongly suggest Extreme Systems on E FM 2410.

First, this store was a ghost town this morning with no employees on the floor. People waiting for assistance and ONE employee at the front passing out flyers. WHERE IS THE HELP? After 2 requests, FINALLY someone comes to help us. We went to this store this morning looking for a FREEZER since ours died and we had hundreds of dollars of food we needed to keep frozen. They didn't have but just ONE in the size we needed on the showroom floor...but said they NEVER sell the display models...and NONE in stock in the back. Instead of asking us, I HAD TO ASK THE EMPLOYEE if she could check one of their other stores to see about their inventory The other store had ONE in stock that would fit our needs. I asked about holding it. ONLY if we buy it there and then drive to the other store to pick it up. That means we must buy it sight unseen. What's the point of having a store if you want to force everyone to buy online? I then asked about having it delivered. Only if we give them our address so they can see what day the delivery will be in that area. OK...address, but then that's not enough, they want a phone number and then they want an EMAIL...and then...more data all going into their computer that will never get back out...all to answer a question about delivery day? I DON'T THINK SO. We walked away and you lost a sale. We called the other store from the parking lot and got an live assistant after an automated AI idiot which wouldn't get out of the programmed loop about the model number when we clearly asked several times to talk to a live associate. Our mistake. They call them AGENTS and the AI doesn't know what an associate is. The man on the phone at the other store was even more rude when we asked about the unit we needed's availability. Rude to boot. wouldn't answer my questions and instisted on continuous interruptions to cut me off and stop me from getting past his preconcieved barriers. ANOTHER STORE LOST A SALE. And Best Buy has lost a customer for LIFE at any of their stores.

I. Not sure why Best buy is still open. The prices are higher than everywhere else. They do have a great selection of items but can be purchased cheaper online at Amazon or any online shopping page

Its a best buys, however if we're comparing to there larger more we'll stocked stores than I would say its a little bare.
