Worst Customer service I've dealt with, both the Best Buy and Geek Squad representatives were unable to assist nor did they want to help. Ordered a Refurbished Mac book Pro that was suppose to be 512GB but ended up being 256GB. It was a Christmas gift so their return policy timeline had ended. The web site said Geek Squad Certified Refurbished but I guess that means only certified for 15 days. Certified means that someone inspected the item before it was sold and verified it was the correct item, but I guess a paying customer just has to suck it up and take what they didn't pay for and shut up.
Huge shoutout to James West at the Best Buy in Killeen. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient while helping me out. What really stood out was his attitude, he helped at least four other customers while I was there and still gave everyone great service. You can tell he genuinely cares and knows his stuff. Best Buy is lucky to have him!
What kind of electronics store doesn't have hard drives? If I wanted to order online why would I let best buy middle the deal? I'm going to new egg, wow. Just wow.
