Best Buy Killeen

Purchased a tv from here, it is an opened box item in excellent condition that’s supposed to come with all its parts and no damage. They gave me the incorrect hardware for the tv and incorrect remote. None of the hardware is even for this brand of tv. You can’t call the store directly and speak to anyone.. it transfer to their call center and the call center doesn’t connect you to a store associate. Said they were busy which is a lie because nearly every associate was in there talking to each other. The store is over an hour drive away in a different city. Call center person told me I had to drive it back and exchange it for another tv with no regard to my time without trying to find an easier solution. They said they couldn’t look at inventory to find if the store could replace it or if there’s another store nearby that could.

Best Buy is always a great place, however this one seems to be out of a lot of things, a lot of the time.

Never have what they say they have, always tell you they can order it, yet it says in store? I guess to get you in the door..got me twice never again
