She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of helping me purchase my new MacBook and monitor. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really impressed me was that she went above and beyond by giving me a demonstration of some of Best Buy’s new TV technology. It wasn’t something she had to do, but it showed how passionate she is about the products and how much she enjoys helping customers. Outstanding customer service like Jasmine’s is hard to find.
