Ordinarily we have a great experience with our Best Buy, but this time not so much. I am very disappointed. The delivery guys are amazing, and I thought our salesperson was until today. Today we found out that Rose didn’t include the charge and time for the door swap on the dryer. I asked several times to make sure that was included and ensured that it was, only to find out it wasn’t. Now while we do have a dryer we have the door opening the wrong direction until Jan 9th, thanks to our salesperson Rose. Please ensure more training so this doesn’t happen again!

Justin, the store manager provided excellent customer service. He noticed I needed assistance and rushed over to help. Although I was inquiring about something small like a cord, he was tentative and polite. He has restored my faith in Best Buy. Give that dude a raise. Thank you Justin.
