Just came in to buy a pair of AirPod pro max’s and asked for someone to open the case and I literally stood there for 15mins waiting and the store wasn’t even packed at all. So I ended up just leaving

I came in and went looking for computer parts, instantly greeted with great customer service! The worker helped me find information on the part i was looking and I confirmed my purchase because of the return policy and warranty information they provided to me! Ended up coming back the next day because it wasnt working (not their fault, it was a manufacturer error) and I was able to exchange my part super fast for a working one thanks to the help from another worker at the front desk, but I didnt get their names sadly because I was in a hurry to get this working. I will be going back again for my next purchase on computer parts in the future!
