Went in there to buy a set of Ray-Ban meta glasses couldn't even get help to get a set out of the display case. 45 minutes later I left empty- handed

I bought a 75 inch Tochiba TV. At the Best Buy In Killeen, Texas. Delivery date was 5 days from date of purchase. Was never notified of the delivery date window just the day of delivery. This is bad customer service , since I have been waiting all Fricking day as if my time meant nothin. Had to cancel a Doctor’s appointment in the AM. while I was waiting for the delivery! No email, text or phone calls, finally I called and was transferred to an out source location, sounded like India where I was told delivery time was from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. My whole day was wasted !!! I am not a happy camper!!!
