Update: Store Manager called today on Saturday and explained everything. Addressed my concerns about the lack of customer service or helpfulness with the individuals I dealt with. Offered a few solutions that worked. Definitely will give his store another shot.
Original Review: Issue after issue with this store and the one in Temple. Dont answer their phones so you have to come in. When I got there they chose not to help and you have to make another appointment to come back. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he makes appointments only but i could have his card. Number goes back to the store that doesnt answer. Sent email. Asked the kid that was offering the little assistance he would of the manager would be in tommorrow. He said No, that he only works M-F. Today is Friday... SMDH.
