I was interested in purchasing a new laptop a d James West provided knowledgeable information to help me choose the right one for what I needed. If you are in the need of a new laptop/computer stop by Best Buy in Killeen-TX and ask for James West. He is patient and really listened to what I desired for in a new laptop. And the prices where reasonable as well. Thanks James!!

VERY serious buyer beware on buying here. This is some next level shady business tactics. I bought a very expensive high end product which broke a week into owning it so I called the phone line and was told i needed a geek squad appointment. We had some weather, they had to cancel and move my appointment. I went back for the new appointment to be told "oh, you didnt need an appointment, you just needed to come and exchange it... but now you're out of that exchange window so... sorry nothing we can do. After asking for a manager he said the same thing BUT ALSO said "if you buy our 50 dollar coverage plan NOW we will exchange it for you" even though i was INSIDE the return period when i originally tried to get the exchange done. The manager said "well i cant really control what the call center does" So, long story short i was mis led by the company until i was outside of my return period then told "oh if you spend more money on our coverage plan we will take care of you, even though it was our fault in the first place." I even asked if a manager above the guy I was talking to was available and was told "no, and this is what we are instructed to do" Just SHADY SHADY SHADY business tactics. Best buy has really fallen a long way. Its no wonder they are struggling with business practices when amazon will just take care of you. The only tangible benefit i had was that i wanted the product that day because they said they had it online. Of course i showed up to the store and they didnt actually have it and had to order it anyways. Just hands down one of the worst shopping experiences imaginable.

Great place to shop. Not perfect but happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Fell outside on the curb... unfortunately the city of Killeen fines businesses and schools for making curbside visible, thus causing injuries. Many people who work inside came to my aid... civilians did nothing to aid me, possibly some whipped out their cameras just for a view at my expense 🤕.
