Purchased an open box good condition TV
Called and messaged Best Buy to insure the TV was not a display unit and was promised by both representatives that it was not a display TV. Rent a uhaul and drive an hour and a half to pick up the TV. Just to be informed that it is a display TV and came with 0 accessories. Bestbuy needs to send me a new TV at the same price or I will be taking them to small claims court.

I have had a wonderful experience in this store. All due to Mr James , he is a very patient and knowledgeable salesman not at any point did hurry or push me to make a decision. He explained all the question that I had in layman's terms
Had to get a new remote for a insignia TV I bought off marketplace. They had it in stock and employees were very helpful.
My husband and I went into the store to replace our desktop computer and printer and were greeted by James. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, unhurried, and professional.
At no point did it feel as though he was "just making a sale" but catered his suggestions to our needs. He knew just the right questions to ask, educated us in the process, and made himself available, if needed, even after the transaction. He was happy, because WE were happy. If there's a line of customers, wait and ask for James!!
