They do not help at all if you are having trouble with your Best Buy card through city bank. I make my payment every two weeks to try to pay off early, the bill is not coming down, I see that I keep getting charges that I’m not purchasing items. I have not used my card and it is locked away so no one can use it but last month I got a $200 charge, this month $194.84. 😳 they are thieves. I go to Best Buy because when you call the number, the robot only answers what it wants to, Best Buy says they can’t help me with it, that I have to call the number. I said you all called them when I was going to buy something and you take the payments here for them. All the girl kept saying is yes, that’s right, but you have to call them.
Very knowledgeable employees here. If ever in need for something and you have it to spend you found the place

Never call this store their AI sucks. It does not work, and it just gets you irritated. i wanted to speak to a human and it would not let me or connect me to a human the AI customer service on the phone is the worst thing imaginable so irritating.
I wish they can just go back to having people answer the phone
They care for you dog just they way you do at home
They are a very nice place an our dog Aggie loves ot there. Would recommend this place by far.
