Employees are courteous, respectful, and some of them are subject matter experts, while others just aren't. If you're going to use this place to purchase a variety of electronics, this place is very good. But if you're going to have them build a custom PC for you? Don't even bother.
I have Total Tech membership with BestBuy, and I used this location to assist me in replacing outdated components on my old PC - it ran like a charm and looked good, but yeah, nearly everything was becoming outdated. A Geek Squad employee replaced every single thing on my old PC except for the GPU since it still runs fine.
But ever since they did that (Summer of 2023), my PC's been facing innumerable BSOD's, weird glitches, and bloatware. I've had to bring my PC back here probably 4 times for them to repeatedly troubleshoot the issues that they likely caused when improperly installing everything. They've been respectful and patient during these appointments, but it's been very frustrating when they were the ones who put the PC together for me.
If you're going to get someone to build a custom PC for you, please find someone else to do it, or get one built by IronsideComputers - as I purchased my previous PC with them and I never had any issues.
