I went to Best Buy to buy a phone. It was $999.99 on sale. But when they put it on the register, it was 1300. They know they messed up with the price in the supposed to give it to me for $999.99They say and the manager come and make the people go behind and change the price and after that the one give it to me for $999.99 anymore after they say they're going to give it to me. They're scamming people just to bring them to the store and they don't give it to you for the same price

The reason why it’s A three star is because this new one this recent one I went to recent trip I went to I went to the store and like usual sometimes I get gift cards or something accessories you know and what he tells me is id Now I know I probably didn’t need one, but I accidentally left my $20 there and then I wasn’t there so my mom went there went back there and did not get my $20 I’m not sure if the guy stole it if he did I’m guessing you more than me he told me I need an ID for a gift card and obviously you don’t need an ID for a gift card I don’t know why I fell for it and I know I got scammed. At least that’s what it feels like but there’s a lot of nice people there. I’ve. Really nice girl who I always Like to talk to At the register when she’s there He is a really really really nice girl So I just left at three store and instead two or one I may switch it to four star. I’m not sure because she is the nicest. She actually made me love buying at that store buying gift cards and the things I needed that she made me love it, but that guy he just scammed me there’s no way to put

Once you got help the staff, there were very helpful and knowledgeable, but coming from a brand that once at every turn, ask, if you need help to now being a brand that you can’t find anybody to help you
