This review is not for Best Buy in lake Jackson service, but for this one particular person named Alyssa. I apologize if I mispelt your name. You are the reason for my 5 stars. I went in needing a flash drive. I had stepped into Best Buy the first time on 18th of June 2026 and was never approached. Went over to Office Depot with the same results only to return to Best Buy because of the selection. As soon as we walked in this sweet employee named Alyssa immediately greeted us and directed us in the right direction. She was knowledgeable and gave me step by steps in how to use the product I purchased. Alyssa concluded if I needed further assistance she would help me. I can't say enough about this young girl. She left a lasting impression.

They do not help at all if you are having trouble with your Best Buy card through city bank. I make my payment every two weeks to try to pay off early, the bill is not coming down, I see that I keep getting charges that I’m not purchasing items. I have not used my card and it is locked away so no one can use it but last month I got a $200 charge, this month $194.84. 😳 they are thieves. I go to Best Buy because when you call the number, the robot only answers what it wants to, Best Buy says they can’t help me with it, that I have to call the number. I said you all called them when I was going to buy something and you take the payments here for them. All the girl kept saying is yes, that’s right, but you have to call them.

Never call this store their AI sucks. It does not work, and it just gets you irritated. i wanted to speak to a human and it would not let me or connect me to a human the AI customer service on the phone is the worst thing imaginable so irritating.
I wish they can just go back to having people answer the phone
