Best Buy is always hit or miss. Unfortunately this time it was a miss. Young person who asked if I needed help was not able to answer questions or locate an item in the store. Once they walked off, I walked over to the area it should have been located and there it was. Maybe just an off day for the employee. 🤷‍♂️

Good place to offload. Security gate opens at 5:30am be there about 10 minutes before your appointment . My appointment was at 5:30 a.m. to offload.. after registration at the security gate they gave me a door. Backed up to the door at 5:40 am. the forklift operator offload me in 35 minutes.. I was empty by 6:15 a.m.
