Customer service is so great here, so polite, very helpful, so so so respectful, well mannered staff I mean it’s just great!

Best Buy is always hit or miss. Unfortunately this time it was a miss. Young person who asked if I needed help was not able to answer questions or locate an item in the store. Once they walked off, I walked over to the area it should have been located and there it was. Maybe just an off day for the employee. 🤷‍♂️
