Best Buy Warehouse Lancaster

This Bldg does not show up on my gps, but it is here..just proceed SLOWLY as 1 could miss the truck entrance, but fear not as there is an unlisted/unnamed road that goes completely around The Best Buy property..just proceed SLOWLY..Noone answered when I called and recording hung up after giving instructions on how to proceed.. 😥 😞

I had delivery for these people. Because the shipper loaded late-they detained me 4.5 hours for loading. So I arrived late for delivery and Best Buy did not accept to unload me and they made me wait for 3 days to get unloaded. I will never forget how they dont care about truck drivers. I have been a good customer of Best Buy, but after this, I will not spend a penny at their stores.

Ordered online, wasn't ready within an hour as said, could not call, drove up here gave them my order number suddenly it was ready, they said gave us 10 minutes to pull the item and bring bit

If you want same day service do not choose the warehouse pickup option. It says ready within a hour. That is not the case. I waited 4 hours to see if it would go out of the processing stage and it never did. A hour before closing i just canceled the order.
