Best Buy Warehouse Lancaster

Good place to offload. Security gate opens at 5:30am be there about 10 minutes before your appointment . My appointment was at 5:30 a.m. to offload.. after registration at the security gate they gave me a door. Backed up to the door at 5:40 am. the forklift operator offload me in 35 minutes.. I was empty by 6:15 a.m.

I still have a cook top the needs to return and I can because someone can do a ticket return, is bad very bad

This Bldg does not show up on my gps, but it is here..just proceed SLOWLY as 1 could miss the truck entrance, but fear not as there is an unlisted/unnamed road that goes completely around The Best Buy property..just proceed SLOWLY..Noone answered when I called and recording hung up after giving instructions on how to proceed.. 😥 😞

I had delivery for these people. Because the shipper loaded late-they detained me 4.5 hours for loading. So I arrived late for delivery and Best Buy did not accept to unload me and they made me wait for 3 days to get unloaded. I will never forget how they dont care about truck drivers. I have been a good customer of Best Buy, but after this, I will not spend a penny at their stores.
