Purchased a 98" TV in store, the store stated we would have to go to the warehouse 15 minutes away to pick it up, they reassured us it would he an easy process and we would just drive up show our email that we received, however that did not happen, it's been two days still says preparing our order, the number online is out of service and if you call customer service then are 0 help, store were it was purchased 0 help, we drove over to the warehouse the door and all the signs were you pick up orders is locked, you can knocked on other doors for employees still no help, just yell thru the windows other door, after 20 minutes someone comes, for us to have to come back in an hour to get the order picked up- we show back up same thing doors are locked, no body to help when we finally get help they tell us to back up to the door we've been waiting 35 minutes and still nothing, no one has come up with the TV. I WILL NEVER DO THIS AGAIN, ITS NOT AN EASY SMOOTH PROCESS ITS AN U ORGANIZED DISASTER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER DO IT!!!!
I'm actually giving a 5 thumbs down review on purchasing a washing machine online from Best Buy. The stores do not seem to stock the items, but in my online experience the item is apparently not in stock either. They are able to take my payment and make promises but are not able to give an answer when the item will be available for pickup. So, let's try Support Chat...5 thumbs down there also, after 5 different reps and getting disconnected multiple times. Mental note to self: (don't buy appliances from Best Buy) The prices are the same as other suppliers but the inventory is not in stock. Lesson learned, buy from an plliance store that has the item to carry out at purchase.
