Best Buy charged $194.84 for renewal of our Total Rewards Membership and $9.73 for renew of Apple Care. The money was taken out of our account, but wasn’t renewed. Best Buy is saying they didn’t take the money and that the charge was declined due to an authorization issue, which we had already fixed, so they can’t refund me. Previous chat rep said the charge was there and pending. Contradictory. They said all they can do is cancel our membership, which we can NEVER get back we were told, and to take the missing money up with Cash App. Cash App says the charge is there and to take it up with Best Buy. A cycle that means we’ll never get our money back. Customer service kept putting me on hold then coming back with the same exact scripted wording. What a joke. Over $200 gone that could’ve paid other bills, food, medical expenses, anything else. Thanks Best Buy. Never shopping there again.
