Dont buy no insurance plan from Best Buy for any phone nor electronics. Its all a scam, its all a lie. We purchased 3 yr lost & protection for a Samsung phone for 315.00, we bought lifetime screen protector $80.00 & they did not honor this. When needing the services they told us it was canceled & cld no longer give us the protection. We had to argue & fight then for our money back. Imagine if something had happened like malfunction, lost or stolen phone, we paid for a service & were lied to. They cld not even put another screen protector that because it was outdated ! then why sell the insurance plan for life? Just all a scam & lies. Dont buy any coverage nor protection plan. Its all a scam. Dont buy anything if possible go to Walmart they are so much better & lower cost. Or go elsewhere if possible not best buy.
