Best Buy tiene un gran surtido de productos, el lugar es muy limpio, amplio y bien organizado. Los precios son regulares, dentro de lo esperado para este tipo de tienda. Lo único que noté es que, cuando hay mucha gente, se siente la falta de suficiente personal para atención al cliente. Aun así, mi experiencia general fue buena y seguramente volveré.

Best Buy has the worse customer service and repair company, which is Geek Squad. They have canceled our TV repair appointment twice with no notice, so for two days, I’ve been waiting for no one wasting my time. See the pictures. When I try to get a different date, customer service had the audacity to try 4 TIMES to put me on a day that I’m not Available. After repeating myself four times I was not available for that specific day. Apparently they could only schedule you on Fridays, which is triple ridiculous.

Faulty Open Box Items & No Support Without Paying Extra I purchased a Geek Squad Certified "Excellent Condition" open-box PS5 from Best Buy, and after just a few months of light use, the system completely stopped working. Hoping for support, I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment—only to be told they couldn’t help unless I purchased an additional membership, which wouldn’t even apply to my device due to a 15-day policy that was never disclosed at the time of purchase. When I went to the store to get help in person, the experience was no better. The supervisor I spoke with didn’t seem to know the policies around open-box items and once again pushed me to buy a Best Buy Total membership—which can cost up to $200—with no guarantee it would solve the issue. The truth is, Best Buy’s open-box “certified” items are unreliable, and if they fail, you’re on your own unless you pay even more. No repair, no refund, no accountability—just aggressive upselling. I’m now disputing the charge through my credit card. Avoid their open-box products and don’t expect support if something goes wrong.
