There support center & geek squad r useless. DO NOT become a best buy member or buy warranties just go straight with the manufacturer to get things done.

1-Star Review: A Total Car Radio Disaster My grandmother recently purchased and installed a new radio/backup camera system at the Best Buy on San Dario. The entire experience was a complete disaster. First, they ordered the wrong part, delaying the installation for weeks. After the installation was finally completed, the backup camera was poorly angled and clearly not calibrated. To top it all off, the entire FM radio is now completely useless, emitting only static. The staff at Best Buy were unhelpful and the store manager was never available. She was given a number to call and she left messages which have yet to be answered. I'm absolutely furious with this terrible service and treatment she received. I'm heading back to best buy to get this corrected or refunded. She's obviously been lied to and taken advantage. Shame on Best abuy for taking advantage of an elderly customer. 11/09/2024

Hello, David, Thank you for reaching out in regards to your concern with your mothers radio install. Installs do have a lifetime install warranty. You can certainly visit the store so that they can review your concerns with the car radio install. The only thing is to make sure no one else attempts a change to the install as this may void the warranty that is provided with the install.
