Last year I ordered a laptop from Best Buy, but it was delivered to the wrong location. The delivery on the Best Buy website clearly showed it wasn’t my address. Even after pointing this out, Best Buy and Citibank kept insisting that the package had been delivered.
I spent months going back and forth with Best Buy, Citibank, and UPS trying to get this resolved, but nothing came of it. In the end, I ended up paying for a laptop that I never received. It was a really frustrating experience and very disappointing to see that no one took responsibility for the mistake.

Best Buy is my "go to" outlet for home electronics. Courteous staff, easy to find assortment of goods, and fast checkout. I highly recommend Best Buy for your electronic needs.
Avoid the woodland store at all cost, it was a waste of time going there.
