If it wasn't for your products, I would never shop here again. Customer service on chat and in the store is the worst. No one is an expert as they claim. I had an item that could not be delivered because they called me from an unknown number while I was in a virtual meeting, I had to leave the meeting to call them back and talk to a robot...where I remained on hold. I hung up and called the store, their robot said 31 minute hold time. I got on the chat and the robot connected me to a person, who transferred me to another person who couldn't help. All I wanted to do is pick up the item myself....but the only option was refund and start over. Does that make sense? No. I purchased 2 items on special financing together but now ya'll want me to refund 1 item and start over just so I can get it myself. The most convoluted crap I ever heard. I'm going to take my refund and find this item elsewhere!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Best Buy with their protection plan has been incredibly frustrating. I brought in a robot vacuum that had an issue — and I paid for their protection plan expecting support to be straightforward. They initially said it had to be sent off for repair. Later that same day, they called to say it actually needed to be junked out and that I could come back in. I didn’t have a chance to return until later, but when I did, I waited over 20 minutes with no help. Eventually, someone told me I was waiting in the wrong line — but no one bothered to tell me that while I was standing there, and there were no signs or guidance. Just people coming and going while I wasted my time. I was told to wait again while they try to find my product. How does this process feel so disorganized even though I followed all their instructions and paid for extra coverage? This entire experience makes me question the value of Best Buy’s protection plan and the in-store support. It’s not just inconvenient — it feels like they don’t value your time or business once the sale is complete. I will not be purchasing anything else from here.
