My recent experience with Wesley at Best Buy was extremely disappointing. His customer service was totally inappropriate, and the delivery process was handled in a completely unprofessional manner. For someone in a higher position, the lack of understanding, communication, and empathy was surprising and unacceptable.
Situations like this highlight the need for additional training to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that issues are handled properly. This experience has definitely impacted my view of the store’s leadership and overall service.
Came in looking for a case for my new 17" gaming laptop as well as an SSD to install in the extra storage slot. The SSD was easy to find, on sale, and came with a free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate! Alas, they didn't have a case or backpack in the size I needed, but the associates were so helpful and considerate that they ordered me one at a discounted rate, in my favorite color, and I can pick it up in the next couple of days... AND the backpack came with 3 free months of Apple Music along with 2 feee months of Apple TV, both of which i got to renew and begin using immediately, even though the main item I ordered is nowhere near arriving just yet. The employees truly went above and beyond; I'll be recommending this specific location to everyone I know. Best experience ever at a BB.
Computer guy was great. Actually went beyond just looking up a price on a open box computer, but pulled up the prices on all of them so I could make sure I getting exactly what I wanted.
Regret praising the staff for good customer service. Bad experience on this last interaction with them.
