I was pleasantly surprised to see that Best Buy, Victory Lakes had people on the floor on a Friday evening to help customers. This is a long loss art.
Josh, young dude with glasses helped me score a open box computer. Unfortunately I have to return it because It won't get past the WIFI setup page. Hindsight says that I should have purchased the new one because I noticed the badly damaged box and purchased it anyway.
Wife went in, thinking phone screen had gone out and she needed to buy a new phone. Within a minute, the saleman explained what could be the problem and showed her how to turn her phone off and back on, solving the problem. No purchase necessary! We'll definitely come back when we need another phone! Thank you, Best Buy!
Worst store experience I have ever had. They said they would resolve my issues within 2 weeks and nothing was resolved a month later. I don’t live by this store and apparently, I will have to drive all the way to this out of town store to actually speak with someone at the store. Corporate has said I have to speak with the store directly and the only way to do that is in person. Ridiculous that I even have to follow up, and even more ridiculous that I have to drive to another city to do so. This experience has been enough to make me never use this company again and I will be opening every dispute possible.
