We bought a $2,500.00 Samsung refrigerator with a ten year warranty. From the beginning we've had problems! We tried trouble shooting per phone, their technicians, & their geek squad. None could resolve the issues and wanted to still charge. Best Buy would also not honor their warranty. Now we're stuck with a huge amount of tin that doesn't work! Now we have pay to dispose this expensive heavy junk! I highly recommend you do not buy appliances at Best Buy. You will definitely regret it. 😔
Not the good prices it used to have in the past anymore.
Their 15 day return policy is outrages.
