Jacob and Nadeem were so helpful in finding my open box iPad Magic Keyboard! There was an issue with online and in store - open box pricing but they figured out how to get me the one I originally desired and I really need this keyboard for my school program coming in the fall!

We bought a (broken) tv from this location on Amazon. We have been trying to get our issue of a broken tv resolved. They are refusing to answer our messages to the point where Amazon had to send them a message about reaching out to us.

Do not buy TVs from Best Buy or their so called warranty. I bought four 75” TVs and they are all the same model but the screens are different. I had an av guy look them over all settings are the same. The drop down menus are different. Same brand same models. Called best guy warranty and guess what they don’t want to do anything to fix their issues on their TVs. I called the manufacturer they said to go through the store. The store won’t exchange them because it’s past its return dates. I told the sales guy I wasn’t ready yet he said no worries buy our warranty and you will be covered. That’s a 100% lie so I’m stuck with four TVs and no help from these Best Buy’s I bought the TVs from. They are one a week old of turning them on.

Went to this Best Buy to replace my outdoor camera and pick up a few other things. The kids that work here in the parking lot before the store opened smoking weed in their car . Same kid was the cashier when checking out told me if I wanted to look at something outside of the box that I had to purchase it first and then return it . So I have to spend 500 bucks first to be able to look at something before I have decided to buy it . I’ll just spend my money at the store in Webster . Don’t use this store .
