In reference to Geek Squad: Thank you for repairing my iphone. Like a lot of people, I rely heavily on my phone. I had issues with my phone battery which were resolved. Everyone was very friendly which made a stressful time less stressful. I appreciate the extra mile the manager, Justin, went to make sure the repair was completed correctly. I will return to them for service should I have any other tech or repair needs in the future.
Sean the manager was incredibly rude to one of his workers, a young girl with glasses and it’s very unprofessional that he talked to her like that infront of customers, I can only imagine how rude he is behind closed doors. Will not be coming back.
