Waiting on geek squad to call back on what’s wrong with my PC and why it won’t turn on, even when I dropped it off it was not turning on properly. I get a missed call tried to call back and AI doesn’t help. The customer support only reads the notes and can’t respond to my questions instead of just transferring me to the geek squad. The notes state it’s the RBG lights that don’t come on… any other questions will have to be answered when they finalize and I go in person. Not helpful at all. Probably will need to go in person be told to purchase parts and wait more days to have it repaired instead of having all this done before I go in and pay. Waste of time and effort.
