Worst store experience I have ever had. They said they would resolve my issues within 2 weeks and nothing was resolved a month later. I don’t live by this store and apparently, I will have to drive all the way to this out of town store to actually speak with someone at the store. Corporate has said I have to speak with the store directly and the only way to do that is in person. Ridiculous that I even have to follow up, and even more ridiculous that I have to drive to another city to do so. This experience has been enough to make me never use this company again and I will be opening every dispute possible.

Plenty of friendly, helpful staff. We were returning an open-box TV. An employee met us at the door and carried it in to customer service. The line moved quickly and we had no issues with the return. My girlfriend and I began looking for another TV. The young man in electronics was very helpful. He told us what promotions were available and provided recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. This helped me make my decision. Another employee brought my TV to the front and helped us load it without us asking. Best employees ever!
