I didn't shop at Best Buy. I went to see the Geek Squad and they were a perfect help. The employees of Best Buy were very polite and stood ready to help me and both services deserve a 5 star.

Ive called 30 times been waiting since December 27th for someone to come out and fix my washer after it stopped spinning since I paid for the protection plan well twice now they wait until the day b4 to call and inform me that my appointment has been canceled with 14 days to ensure I have a tech come out their only excuse for doing to me TWICE is that they don't have a tech for the area now its been pushed back AGAIN FIR THE 3RD TIME im waiting for them to call me at the same time of the last 2 times the day b4 to "apologize for the inconvenience but we r unable to send a tech out and need to reschedule " when I asked for a trade the response is "we cant trade until we get someone to say rather it is repairable" WELL IF YOU KEEP CANCELING MY APPOINTMENTS WHEN AND HOW WILL WE KNOW IF ITS REPAIRABLE! I DONT HAVE THE MEANS TO GO TO A LAUNDRY MAT WHILE U ALL KEEP IGNORING MY REQUEST THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
