Customer service was excellent but the product lead time was about 2 weeks longer than other places for appliances. It might have been just the special order one i was trying to get. All in all I would go back for other things.

Just the same as other best buys, good service and attention to the customer
Last year I ordered a laptop from Best Buy, but it was delivered to the wrong location. The delivery on the Best Buy website clearly showed it wasn’t my address. Even after pointing this out, Best Buy and Citibank kept insisting that the package had been delivered.
I spent months going back and forth with Best Buy, Citibank, and UPS trying to get this resolved, but nothing came of it. In the end, I ended up paying for a laptop that I never received. It was a really frustrating experience and very disappointing to see that no one took responsibility for the mistake.
