A couple of weeks ago I decided to buy a smaller camera bag for my Canon DSLR. I bought the bag on Wednesday, planning to take it on a several weeks-long trip I was starting on Thursday. The bag was too small so I just took my older, big bag. I put the receipt inside the bag and put the bag into my closet. Monday I attempted to return the unused, fully tagged bag to Best Buy. The cashier informed me it was beyond the return policy of 15 days (I had the bag for 26 days). I asked to speak to a manager. A heavy-set girl, with what appeared to be a tattoo on her nose, walked up and asked if I had some BB membership. I told her that I had an account and membership with them but I didn’t know what type. She looked up my account and said that I didn’t have their special membership that would give me 30 (or maybe 45) days to do returns. She then attempted to sell me one. I explained that I didn’t need a membership plan or the camera case. She said she could not do the return. I told her fine, BB could keep the camera bag since I can’t use it. Some years back I was a “gold” member of BB, buying most of my electronics from them. After a negative experience at another one of their stores I shifted most of those purchases to NFM and Amazon.

Greeted pleasantly when we walked in, then person who helped open locked cabinet for my item offered to check me out in a different department because front registers were very busy. Very nice customer service.

You wait over 10 min after asking someone for help but nobody come! Many stuff in the store but it seems they don’t wanna work and sell!

Best Buy’s ATT representative Darron said they be closing up at 9pm just as Best Buy dose, I arrive less half an hour later (8pm) and the Best Buy associate notified me that they had just left. What kind of service is this. Just letting the community know that they are full of it. Had they mentioned that they’d be leaving at 8 pm I would have schedule a better time to come. Again this is Unacceptable 0 stars is what they deserve.
