I went to the store today and i ask for help to 3 employees ,all of them said that they was busy and i ask another employee for help she said every body is busy ,but she was doing nothing ,really bad experience with the costumer service.
We ordered a tv from this location because they had it in stock and we needed it the same day so we put the order in and paid for it. After spending all afternoon at the location with them looking for the tv they say they have in stock, they come to us when the store is closing at 9pm to tell us they won’t be able to fill the order because they don’t have it in stock. The whole experience is beyond frustrating. Good luck trying to get through their AI phone system to talk to anyone, when you do get to a person they don’t even work at the store. definitely will not be ordering from Best Buy again.

I got the nothing ear(3) they were at a much lower price than in Mexico and the staff were helpful, since the pair I got were the only ones left in the store
