Don't ever go to BestBuy at Lewisville TX. 1) They don't pack your already placed and paid-for order for pickup until you physically visit the store and request them to. 2) They make you (with surveillance) carry a 63 lb open box 75" TV without legs UPRIGHT and not flat down on your own pickup truck or else they void your warranty. 3) They make you wanna pick it up or else they threaten to deliver the TV explicitly with no responsibility or warranty. 4) They don't even let you check your TV out at store before or at the time of pickup saying it's store policy.
