Good selection of TVs and great sales team. The installation service, however, is a different story. I paid $250 to have my Samsung Frame TV installed with the One Connect box concealed (recessed box provided by me). The 3rd party installer showed up 5 hours late at 7:30pm, displayed bad attitude, and made up all these stories to try to get me to pay him more before he does anything. What a scam! I am still waiting for Best Buy to call me back to reschedule the installation. Do yourself a favor and get a professional service to install or hook up your equipment.
