We bought an entire system with new sound bar, sub woofer, TV, and amplifier. The sales staff was very nice but didn't seem to know all the details of the product along with the install. The installers were fabulous but didn't talk to the store. The store manager Cody was excellent to work with. He listened to our concerns and rectified them in a timely manner. He was very professional and friendly.
They had everything I needed. Great customer service.
