I’ve given Best Buy multiple chances over the years, and every experience has been worse than the last.
Between unclear policies, inconsistent promises, defective products, the worst call center and automated phone system ever, I’m done with Best Buy. The “no-interest” on my last purchase isn't truly interest-free. I've had issues with that purchase 15 days I bought it - too late to return.
Costco offers interest free, longer returns and longer free warranties on their electronics without all the hassle. After years of frustration, I’ve finally torn up my Best Buy card for good.

No charger in Lenovo Tab !
I bought a Lenovo Android Tab from Best Buy Lewisville store and asked the associate at the store to open and show me the tab if it’s working or not . He said he had checked it and it’s working fine . Also once I made a payment of $129 he told me that I will get my receipt in my email . When I went home and opened it - to my surprise there was no charger .
I called up Best Buy customer support immediately to resolve the matter and gave him all the details including my phone number and store name.
The customer support told me it’s not reflected that I bought the item and I also do not receive the receipt in my email .
I don’t know what’s wrong with these guys - pathetic service and response I am simply going to go to the store and return this item.

Unless you a buying something new, Best Buy is useless. Tried to get my laptop repaired and they couldn't do anything and was trying to charge over $800 just to send it in

I drove all the way from Irving because the website showed that several AirPods 3 were available for pickup at this store. When I arrived, the person at the customer service counter was not very friendly and simply said they didn’t have any in stock.
I mentioned that they really need to update their system so customers don’t waste time and gas driving for nothing. It’s very frustrating because as customers, we’re the ones who lose—not the store. I hope management takes action to make sure online inventory is accurate and that customer service representatives show a little more courtesy.
