Terrible service, I waited half an hour to buy the meta, I talked to 3 different people and no one ever arrived who could attend to me.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to 4 different people for information regarding a phone I want to purchase. When I asked one more time, 3 emoloyees standing there just looking at each other while gossiping (including a guy I already asked). Absolutely disappointed

Came to return an online item, a big TV. Went into the store asking for help to unload from my car. I was happy that they sent someone from the inventory with a big cart, who not only helped unloading but also taking to the guest service. Appreciate the help.
