Best Buy Lewisville

I had a wonderful experience at Best Buy today. The one in Lewisville. I already had an early appointment to get my interior speakers upgraded. The check in process was easy and I was invited to browse the store while I wait. Aiden was the tech who installed the new speakers. While in the store, I met David who helped me buy another component for my car. He is a true salesman, and very knowledgeable and friendly. After my purchase, I found a couple of recliner chairs and got comfortable until my car was ready. I met up with Aiden again so he could show me what he had done. The new speakers sound great, he was a wonderful technician who answered all my questions and offered great advice. I still have another set of speakers to have installed, so I know I'll be back. Great job you guys!

Attempted to call to see if this location had car audio installation service. After confirming, attempted to see if they had an appointment. The call center that answers on behalf of this location states there is nobody in store to speak to and it's Best Buy's policy not to allow a phone transfer to someone in store for assistance. Basically, Best But is stating they don't want my business and I suggest anyone reading this take their business to a smaller retailer who actively needs our business. BOYCOTT BEST BUY

Had to find the salesperson ourself, but other than that, a decent place to get the little 24inch Fire TV we bought.
