Beware the 15 day return policy. I purchased a backpack online and picked it up at this store within a couple of days. I missed the return window by a few days and the store manager would not do anything to help me except to suggest I buy a membership and then I could return it. However, Best Buy’s policy is the membership has to be in place at the time of the original purchase. Furthermore, after left the store I found out since the item was new, unused, and still had all of the tags attached, I believe I was eligible return the item for store credit at least.

Always a fun trip to best buy. It can be an expensive trip but the fun can last for years. So next time you find yourself with a handful of cash or even a spare $20 stop on in and live the dream. Your future self will love you ( at least until the tech of today becomes a boat anchor) have fun.
