Easily the worst in store pickup I've ever dealt with. It's as if they purposely put the worst possible employee to handle the single in store pickup counter with zero backup during the holiday season.
She spent 20+ minutes looking for a single customer's order, letting the line go a dozen deep in the process. Clueless in how to locate the order. Any opportunity to extend waiting time by chatting with coworkers was taken, zero urgency. In fact, she seemed to be annoyed that the line was getting restless. Multiple customers gave up and left.
Management? Who knows, probably asleep in the break room to not notice the disaster at the instore pickup line.
