DO NOT go to geek squad when your iPhone is still turning on but is locked on a screen that looks like it needs to be plugged into a computer. A girl there tried erasing my entire phone because there was nothing else that could be done supposedly, when all it needed was to be plugged into a computer. Go to an actual phone repair shop where they known what they r doing. I didn’t remember my iCloud password I could’ve lost everything on my phone! Good thing she didn’t even know how to erase it either!

Everytime I go in to this store I always have a horrible experience even with manager at store they never seem to want to help the customer I had to call back customer support for them to help me out with my warranty I bought from them .
