This review is specifically about the Customer Service department and more importantly about my experience with the employee named Jovi. I was having so much trouble with my cell phone and despite getting opinions from other customer service employees at different stores, she was the only one that was able to help me. She seems to never give anyone a hard time, she obviously knows company policies very well, and she makes the whole experience so fast and easy, no questions asked. I honestly just wish my experiences were like that all the time.
