If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called multiple times and was unable to get any help for a product I purchased from them. Their automated system hung up on me multiple times. Complete waste of time. Additionally the product I purchased from them has no customer service assistance.. only a FAQ page on their site. Definitely do not recommend purchasing any product from this chain. Once they get your money they can’t/wont help you unless you drive to them. The distance is an inconvenience but they don’t care. In my last call it seemed like I was about to get help but when I got to technical support they asked what issue I was having just to hang up on me as I responded. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! After an 18 min wait. I can’t believe they didn’t try to call back. Like I said they can’t/wont help.
