I had a bad experience at this location, I purchased a chest freezer when I got home it was completely dented on the bottom right corner. With the hassle of picking it up i decided to keep it then have to reload it and take it back to the store. When I asked for some type of compensation as I’m keeping a damaged product it was declined. Very disappointing if your getting something in a box you might get home disappointed 😢

Had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy today, specifically with a salesperson named Todd.
While I understand the importance of advising customers about proper vehicle transport, his approach was excessive and unprofessional.
Repeatedly told us (around 10 times) that the TV wouldn’t fit in our truck, despite us acknowledging his concern and choosing to proceed.
Interrupted another associate who was helping us and took over the interaction unnecessarily.
Left the TV on the floor outside without any communication or assistance.
His tone came across as rude, dismissive, and borderline discriminatory.
Overall, one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had—I would not recommend working with this salesperson.
