I placed an order at 7:00 PM and specifically chose the curbside option instead of shipping because the item was advertised as “ready for pickup within an hour.” That was the main reason I didn’t choose delivery. why wait days when I could pick it up quickly?
More than three hours passed, and I never received a pickup confirmation. If the item isn’t actually going to be ready within an hour, then that option shouldn’t be advertised that way. Had I known this, I would have simply gone to the store, found the item myself, and purchased it in person. This experience was misleading and a complete waste of my time.

Severely understaffed for the last 2 months or just horrible shift allocations starting from 5 PM. Picking up takes nearly an 1 hr because they can't find the items or are busy with other people.
