Order Number BBY01-807115029503 We drove all the way from South Padre Island to North McAllen Best buy because they had one specific microwave in stock that we wanted. We knew it was an open box item labeled as Fair condition with $100 marked off. They said it was fair condition and they just pointed out some scratches which we could live with.. However when we got it home. It was missing the accessories and even the microwave plate. Wasted time.

Truly shocked at how abhorrent the customer service is. I purchased a TV and brought it home, unboxed it 20 days later as I didnt have anyone to help me, and the TV WAS BROKEN. A HUGE CRACK ON IT. To make matters worse, I am unable to return it due to a 15-day return rule. I was not informed of the 15 day return rule if I picked up, so my entire return has been voided from something I didn’t even know. Absolutely embarrassing
