Bunch of workers doing nothing I went to buy new phone and nobody helped me I ask 3 people and all of them told me that they are from other department so I left after 15 minutes waiting for nothing.

T Mobile tech support couldn’t help me with my iPhone, so they sent my call to Apple support. Apple couldn’t help me on the phone, so they sent me to Best Buy Geek Squad. Fortunately, they solved my problem and I don’t have to buy a new phone!
