Went for an item that the website said was on stock. Showed up 20 mins earlier to pick up and was told it wasn’t ready so I waited inside but after 1 hour waiting I finally went to customer service again and was told that it wasn’t “appearing on their internal system” so a helpful employee went to search for it himself (props to him). The order was canceled shortly afterwards.

Don't waste your time or money coming here. There was a problem with my wife's computer, and the Geek Squad wanted to charge me $100 just to diagnose the problem, and then charge me again to fix it. Talk about price-gouging. Never will I ever shop at Best Buy again. Very rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Our Diagnostic fee is to attempt to assess the issue, once the issue is diagnosed if a repair is decided based on cost the diagnosis fee gets applied to the repair.
