Truly shocked at how abhorrent the customer service is. I purchased a TV and brought it home, unboxed it 20 days later as I didnt have anyone to help me, and the TV WAS BROKEN. A HUGE CRACK ON IT. To make matters worse, I am unable to return it due to a 15-day return rule. I was not informed of the 15 day return rule if I picked up, so my entire return has been voided from something I didn’t even know. Absolutely embarrassing

I purchased a gaming monitor from this location, Best Buy on N. 10th st. McAllen. I took time to ask questions way out my options for the right gaming monitor. The best buy associate told me this was a good monitor and that if I didnt buy it he was gonna buy it when he was out. Talked me into purchasing it. It has not even been a year and the monitor is of no use to me. The reviews on this monitor is it is not sturdy falls forward due to more weight in the front. Back stand has two tiny legs and dont support all around. Left out of town and came home to the monitor on the ground. Screen is damaged and now its pitch black. Went to best buy and spoke to a customer service rep. Said there was nothing that could be done. Geek squad would need to see if it could be repaired. Spoke to manager by the name of Jorge. He came and told me there was nothing that could be done. That even if I purchased warranty it dont cover damage. He not only talked down to me but demeanored me in front of other customers in line. Spoke at me not to me in a unprofessional manner. Left with a broken monitor that my son cant even use. Why Best Buy must you take your customers for granted. Offering warranty that is of no use by what best buys store manager said. DO NOT BUY AOC GAMING CURVED MONITOR FROM BEST BUY ON NORTH 1OTH ST. MCALLEN TX STORE MANAGER Jorge is a poor excuse of a manager.
