Its a best buy nothing special except the tmoble people will be waiting for you the second you walk through the door. Pretty annoying when you just want to look.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We bought our washer and dryer from Best Buy in 2021, and both started having serious issues in January 2024. For over four months, we’ve dealt with missed appointments, zero follow-up, and absolutely no real solution.
We were told we qualified for a mismatch exchange, and then nothing. They also told us Samsung no longer makes these models, so why are they still selling products they can’t even support?
We’ve spent over $2,400 on laundry services while waiting for Best Buy to do their job. The Geek Squad team has been unreliable, and customer service is even worse — vague updates, no emails, no responsibility. We’re still stuck with a non-working dryer and a washer that was "approved" for exchange... but no one has moved a finger since.
Avoid buying your appliances here. Worst service experience we’ve ever had.
