Todd is one of the worst people to deal with at this Besbuy. Just because I came to purchase an XBox he whispered to his coworkers why I’m even here if I’m poor & can’t afford anything I’m looking at. He has the worst attitude!
Employees are nice but they keep ordering the wrong product for me. For Christmas my dad got me a tablet (in November) and keyboard, but they ordered the wrong keyboard to my house. I had to wait 2 weeks just to receive the wrong sized keyboard, which didn’t even fit the one I bought. I had to wait 2 more weeks for the one I wanted in the first place after going in to exchange it.
Then, this week I come in to get a new phone and screen protector. They gave me the wrong screen protector for the phone so again I had to exchange and wait for the right sized one to come in the mail. I keep having to waste my time running around because of this, it is totally unacceptable.

When to get help with laptop software. But make an appointment so you don't have to wait in line. The geek squad are good in what they do.
