People here are ridiculously rude. Had an order supposedly ready for pickup today (this is an exchange for a broken stove) and it isn’t ready. I’ve gotten zero emails telling me that it’s been delayed. I called to ask about the delay and the guy was super rude. Kept cutting me off and telling me “idk what you don’t understand but we don’t have it” I HEARD YOU I know you don’t have it but Samsung told me it was confirmed for pickup today. And when I asked why I was told that he said “well Samsung doesn’t make phone calls so you’re not telling the truth” multiple times I was accused of lying and then he threatened to cancel my order (it’s a coupon if they cancel it I will be stuck with this broken stove and no exchange. He was Incompetent and rude and I can’t believe they hired him. He didn’t even give me his name (I’m assuming he didn’t want me to tell them how I was treated) he told me if I wasn’t lying about the order saying it was going to be ready today then to give him a screenshot of when I ordered it. (Wtf I have the email!) for 2 months I’ve been dealing with this bs back and forth between Best Buy and Samsung. And good luck having anyone answer the damn phone I’ve been trying all day and when I finally talked to someone it was that donut.
