Returned an item. Cust.svc very friendly,helpful. Searched other item online but the one I needed was not available. Sales lady promptly refunded thru debit card which I received the next day. I've been shopping about 3 times before this visit. I do not care for some of the salespeople during those visits. I was ignored and not asked if I needed help. I'm 71 with gray hair and I was not helped. Older people are ignored in many stores. I'm guessing we are thought of as senile and asking too many questions or not understanding what is being said. People: don't ignore older customers since one day you will be in my shoes.
