As a Best Buy total member, I was skeptical about a membership for warranties, but when my keyboard on a $1400 computer stopped working, it was worth the price plus deductible to get it fixed otherwise I would have been looking at $500. Love Best Buy and we should support our local business too.
The worst customer service and experience. No one at GeekSquad could assist me and when they would transfer me to the business department they simply hung up before even attempting to resolve my issue. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy ever again.
The employees were very helpful but the store felt very clustered and the stuff felt like it was all over the place I was looking for trading cards and they were in multiple spots and it was just a bad set up they had but the nice employees made up for this👍
