Terrible approach to customer service! Hugo has zero patience, speaks with condescension and sarcasm to customers! Unbelievable the lack of actual empathy and care that should be taken when handling high paying customers

Your employees that work on the tv department are rude,pushy, and very uninformed. Especially the bald guy with the grey beard.

Prices are fine but not on computer components. Hard to fine staff to help but I go in with the idea of what to buy already.

Good place to pick up orders online. Some of the employees have good customer service and some try to avoid customers when you ask for help. Some employees just ignore you and walk away. Very few times I've came here and get asked if I need help.
