I had a really disappointing experience at the Best Buy in McKinney. The customer service from an employee named Mohammad was unacceptable. He was rude, impatient, and made us feel like we were being looked down. His attitude came off as arrogant and unhelpful.
At the end of the day, you are just a customer service representative. I have the money—I simply choose to spend it on something that makes me happy. Being treated with respect is the bare minimum, regardless of what I’m shopping for. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I won’t be coming back to this store.

Staff very patient and helpful .
Went in for a return, the employee who helped me was so nice, asked all the right questions, answered any questions I had on find my next purchase. Best buy isn't what it used to be. But it is still nice to have it around. Used to go about 2-3 times a week for sure every payday. Stores are dying but everyone seems to love their job in that location. Very friendly, and actually have knowledge about the products.
