Well they MIGHT be ok except when you call the store you have to deal wot AI nonsense before you can talk to a real person!
I called to ask about veteran discount and after i was on hold for five minutes the guy says NO but confirmed its at the discretion of the store manager. When i asked if he knew which stores did he just said i would have to call around.
If Best Buy doesnt want my $1000 (even with the discount) then it can stay in my pocket!

Bought a laptop which was tagged 2K resolution but It’s is not 2k resolution. Never buy without checking all the features.BEST BUY mislead you with false title and won’t bother to correct their mistake. Once you open the box that’s it . I thought it’s 2k and bought it as is cheaper price but I was fooled . Eventually landed up in a situation where I couldn’t buy it from other websites which had much better deal . I am regular buyer from Best Buy but my trust was shattered and my over confidence on BEST BUY killed me . Don’t ever buy this or regret if you buy it . Support will just ignore you when you highlight the mistake and blame you indirectly and white wash their hand. Their are scammers and cheaters .

Jalen was super nice and helpful this morning. Really appreciated how kind and helpful he was. The two people in customer service were also very nice when we returned to the store later in the evening to return something and buy something else. Several associates approached us and asked if we needed help because we were walking all over looking at phone cases and accessories. Everyone was helpful but also not overbearing. I really thought the staff here were great and we found what we needed and got in and out quickly.
