Terrible customer service at the service desk. Blonde girl wouldn't let me check out for one basic item without creating an account (phone number and email) until I said it's fine, I'll just leave.
If I could give this location for customer service 0, I would. Terrible customer service. This blonde employee at their customer service area, unfriendly and was visibly showing how much they did not want to be there. I get it, it’s 8pm at night. She had to get her manager, Jacob (I think his name was). I was asking for a price match online, because the Best Buy website state y’all do, and he denied and refused to do the price match.
This Best Buy is dumb, Jacob (MOD, manager on duty) at the time, said that they do not price match BJs wholesale club “because we haven’t in a long time in store”. But Best Buy shows an Effective Date of May 11, 2025 of who they price match. Ineffective customer service that needs dire improvement.
Will not be shopping here.

This location has to have the worst customer service ever. my boyfriend bought in a PS5 that I bought him. It’ll be one year ago next month. he brought it in to get it repaired under warranty, but one of the female workers told him that it wasn’t able to be repaired so a replacement would be sent out for next day shipping. Next day shipping was supposed to happen February 7. I kept getting email notifications saying my order has been canceled and refund processing. They flagged this exchange as a fraud when no transaction happened when the PS5 was dropped off. But no one has an answer as to why it was flagged as fraud if it was bought one year ago. Me and my boyfriend went in person to talk to the manager, and he decided to talk back to us as if it’s not my money on the line. I don’t have the bank that they’re trying to refund me anymore and I told him this was all an inconvenience. Nothing was solved when I went in person even though earlier that day, I called Up there and I was told exactly how it could be solved by coming in and they will verify my ID and get a new one shipped out. but when I was met with Muhammad, he couldn’t satisfy his consumer and I feel as though a gift card or something should have been compensated for this inconvenience but instead, I got the attitude of supervisor, Mohammed. I’m not happy at all.
