Best place for electronics with best quality
This is by far the best Best Buy in the county! Julien is absolutely outstanding — he’s the person to talk to for all your questions, concerns, and order pickups. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Julien truly represents what great customer service should be, and every Best Buy could learn from the way he treats customers. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to him!
I had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. I visited the store to purchase a Google Pixel case, but the staff couldn’t locate it, so I placed an online order through the Best Buy app. The app indicated the order would be ready within an hour, yet after four hours of waiting, the status never changed and eventually, the order was canceled without explanation. Because it was Sunday evening, I couldn’t go anywhere else to buy a case for my new phone. This experience was extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on Best Buy’s customer service and order management process.
