I would give this Mckinney Best Buy a zero star if I could. We ordered Energizer power bank off of Best Buy and it wasn’t compatible with my daughter’s laptop. We tried to return it to the Mckinney location since it’s closer, but they would not take it due to some UPC code. The girl working in customer service almost proceeded with the return, but she saw the UPC code and it didn’t match with their product. I showed her the proof that we bought it off of best buy, but they did not take it. The supervisor has no guts to come out and talk to customers because of his ego. The clerk told me to call customer service and we both spoke to them for over half an hour. They said that because it was “lithium batteries”, they couldn’t take it. Safe to say, and they probably don’t care, but they just lost a loyal customer of 5+ years.
I then drove to the Allen location, and the girl there was able to process my return within 5 minutes, and she knew about the UPC code.
I highly recommend to drive a couple miles to the Allen location rather than go to the McKinney one; the Mckinney one has always been an issue. Anytime I need to buy my kids something, my first stop will be the Allen one.

The Staff were very helpful.
I had a really disappointing experience at the Best Buy in McKinney. The customer service from an employee named Mohammad was unacceptable. He was rude, impatient, and made us feel like we were being looked down. His attitude came off as arrogant and unhelpful.
At the end of the day, you are just a customer service representative. I have the money—I simply choose to spend it on something that makes me happy. Being treated with respect is the bare minimum, regardless of what I’m shopping for. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I won’t be coming back to this store.
