Awful service. Rude staff. Manager not helpful and arrogant. Store and Geek squad are embarrassingly understaffed. And don't buy TotalTech, it's a scam.

Front office is always so fast
Casey is above a supervisor and he was very unprofessional and rude to his employee in front of me after the original worker that I was working with was very sweet so to see him treat and we was like that was heartbreaking.

Not sure how they are still hanging on but they are. Some deals are definitely worth it, but that can be said about almost any place.
Not a go to for me by any means, but if its the nearest and most convenient then so be it.
