I purchased a 77 inch TV from them and the sales rep convinced us to have it delivered because it’s “so easy and quick and we will handle everything”. Well that wasn’t the case. I took off work to be home during the delivery window (which already got pushed back from the original delivery date “, they never showed up or even contacted me to tell me anything. When I called Best Buy nobody could provide answers and I kept getting transferred to different people after 4 different phone calls and speaking to no less than 6 people I finally got someone who had information and he apologized that they couldn’t make it and tried to reschedule another week out. No thanks I’ll take a refund and give my business elsewhere. Update - I purchased the TV and delivery/ install from Nebraska Furniture for a couple hundred less and they delivered it quicker and on time the first time.
