On Friday, 8/28, I had the great opportunity to meet George Nikou, the store executive and Mohammad, the store associate, to check out an LG TV and Bose speakers. George greeted me when I walked in the door and we moved immediately to the purpose of my visit. George was excellent from the first second in helping me get what I needed and pointing me in the right direction. George handed me off to Mohammad who showed me the tv and speakers one last time and answered a few questions I had before I made the purchase. The other major help George provided was explaining how I could leverage the Best Buy 15% back in rewards with a new Best Buy card. I went ahead and got the Best Buy card to receive the 15% in rewards and I plan to pay the bill when the first statement arrives. Thanks again George and Mohammad, for making the visit to the McKinney Best Buy quick, easy and enjoyable.

The Best Buy store at McKinney, TX, maintains an excellent stock of many TV brands. Gilly patiently listened to our desired TV specifications and directed us to an excellent and affordable TV. TJ and Gilbert delivered and setup the new TV, and hauled away the old TV. They also discussed service agreements and hardware disposal security procedures to satisfy our great interest. Now is a good time to enjoy a bowl of ice cream while watching our favorite programs on a new TV.

I don't visit Best Buys anymore, but they had a very good price on an open box monitor. Service was friendly, but the location looked a bit tired.
