Helpful staff and great location
This is probably one of the most below average "customer service skills" Best Buy location I have been too. It does not fail that most times I am at this location, I have to wait to around for almost 20-30 minutes to get some help.
I understand if you are low staffed, but I see no urgency in the staff to assist customers. I had to wait 30 minutes of just standing to purchase an I-pad and accessories. Recently I had to wait around for 20 minutes to get information about unlocked phones (which i was ready to purchase one). No one approached my wife and I after the initial "let me call for someone on the mic". I ended up leaving.
20-30 minutes is not a long time I understand that, but it just seems to not have that friendly vibe anymore.
Best Buy is just a show room for Amazon now. You might as well purchase everything online nowadays. Workers here at this Best Buy location have poor customer service skills in my opinion.

Curb side pick up was very smooth and easy!
I usually have pretty good experiences with best buy. But I came from 45 minutes away to buy an open box excellent TV from this location. They brought it out wrapped in bubble wrap with no cord, stand, or remote. I asked to confirm this was the excellent one and they said it was. After I insisted I need a remote and cable they found some in the geek squad section. When I got home and unwrapped the tv it has scuffs scratches and marks all over the front of the screen. I tried cleaning with a screen cleaner and fresh new microfiber but nothing came off. There was even damage on the metal frame of the tv. All in all the excellent open box says looks and functions as if new, comes with original packaging and accessories or suitable replacements. I ended up buying another tv somewhere else and returning this one for a refund. I have had good luck with open box items in the past but I won't ever do that with a tv or screen again.
