I was here today at around 4 PM CST and the cashier was so nice. We had a good conversation about what I was buying, which was a Amiibo. And they were really nice and made a good environment.

I was in my work clothes so I didn’t look very “rich.” (I own a local Pest Control company) I didn’t get any help! I had to go ask and then the kid never came back. I was just trying to pick up a video game for my son in my way home. I ended up just leaving.

Purchased a washer and Dru from Central Expressway location delivery was on Saturday the delivery Team showed up with 2 washing machines no Dryer. They called the delivery team informed them of the Mistake that the salesman Paul Thompson made with my order nothing can be done today or tomorrow be sometime next week I called Best Buy no help so I go to the store to speak with Paul Thompson one excuse after another along with worthless apologies of his mistake this mishap probably would not have happened if he was more busy taking care of the customer instead of discussing his family as a customer I come to purchase not here about someone’s personal life the Store Manager is no Help needs to be Escorted out the store why have a title if you can’t help out the customer. I will not stop at this Location ever again . I had to go to Lowe’s to purchase a washer and Dryer that will be delivered on Sunday thanks to Lowe’s for there caring of there Customer said Since Best Buy messed up they will get my Purchase right out offered to deliver same day but explained it would be a late delivery so I ask them to deliver on Sunday. Best Buy can’t compete with the customer service LOWES provided to me. Not saying all Best Buts or Bad but central Expressway location AVOD .
