Went in for a return, the employee who helped me was so nice, asked all the right questions, answered any questions I had on find my next purchase. Best buy isn't what it used to be. But it is still nice to have it around. Used to go about 2-3 times a week for sure every payday. Stores are dying but everyone seems to love their job in that location. Very friendly, and actually have knowledge about the products.
Walked in wanting to buy a gaming computer. Went to the area and stood there for no less than 10 minutes waiting for one person to offer assistance. Store nearly empty. Six employees at least had no customers and midi were conversing with each other. Four passed by me in relatively close proximity, not one bothered to make eye contact or ask if I needed anything. I'm over six feet tall, so I'm not hard to see... It's 2:35 pm. I'll buy my stuff somewhere else.

Awful service. Rude staff. Manager not helpful and arrogant. Store and Geek squad are embarrassingly understaffed. And don't buy TotalTech, it's a scam.
