Went into this store a couple of weeks ago to buy a TV and I explained to the sales person who was a manager Muhammad that I was waiting to get into my new place and asked if the price would change because I was coming back in two weeks otherwise I would buy it when I was there at that time. He said “the price is good when you come back”. Came back like I said in two weeks and the TV is $300 more. I asked if he would honor the price and of course he said no. Way to not take care of your customers!

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing a phone from Best Buy and dealing with Samsung support afterward. My phone was only 5 months old when it developed a serious issue with the charging port—it essentially shorted out without any misuse, drops, or liquid damage. I first went to Best Buy for help, and they were unable to fix the issue or provide a real solution. I then had to contact Samsung support multiple times (three separate calls) just to get the phone approved to be sent in for repair. That process alone was frustrating and time-consuming. After finally sending it in, I was told the phone was no longer covered under warranty because it was “damaged”—even though I had clearly explained the issue from the beginning. It felt like they were looking for a reason not to honor the warranty rather than stand behind their product. At that point, I chose to have the phone returned instead of paying out of pocket. For a device that’s only 5 months old and not cheap, this level of service is unacceptable. Overall, this experience has made me lose trust in both the retailer and the manufacturer. I would strongly reconsider purchasing a phone here again.

Unfortunately, one star is the lowest I can give. I ordered a Garmin watch from Best Buy on a Sunday to be delivered by Roadie the next day. It didn't arrive. On Tuesday, my Best Buy app said that my delivery was delayed. I tried calling the Best Buy call center and went down an AI black hole where it tried to reschedule my delivery appointment. My delivery did not arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday, I returned to this store (the store where I purchased it) and was told by Mo that my order was returned to the Lewisville store from which it was sent. No explanation given. He said that I would receive an email notifying me of my refund within the next 24 hours. I got nothing on Friday. I returned to the store on Saturday. I asked about the refund and waited for 20 minutes, ostensibly while he checked with the Lewisville store on the status of my refund. But he did nothing. Finally, I asked to speak to his manager (Tyson?) who came over and worked on the computer to pull up some information while never addressing me or my concerns. Then he spoke to Mo who smugly told me that I had been refunded on Friday. I asked about the email he had promised. He said that Lewisville had dropped the ball. No ownership of failing to deliver my product or any follow-up service. None of the boys who are "managers" has any experience to deliver customer service. I had a long relationship with Best Buy and had invested confidence in them. I had a special service plan with them, but none of that mattered to them. There is no reason for me to return here or to continue this service contract.
