Horrible place to shop. No one on the floor is trying to help anybody, always avoiding eye contact hoping you don’t ask for help. I did ask for help for a certain item that was locked up behind glass, he did get on the radio that I needed assistance. No one ever came. I finally ordered the item I needed on line, in the store and at the display. A short while later notified my order was ready for pick up, 50 minutes and still no one came to where I was needing help. Talked with the floor manager, that was no use. Grabbed my item and left disappointed. I don’t recommend shopping at either Best Buy at Midlad or Odessa, you’ll get the same treatment..

Only went inside because the hour or less pick up turned in to almost 2 hours. When I did venture in, the store was not busy, associates standing around talking. I was never greeted or even approached after spending 15 minutes in the center of the store. No one was near the computer area, and to my surprise the Apple pad had no associate remotely close!
