Bella was an absolute angel. She was patient with me and helped me find the laptop we would be gifting my daughter. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to give me options as I needed them. Helpful and kind people like Bella make Best Buy the better option for all electronic needs .

My elderly mother went in for a trac phone after her phone was broken. It was the morning of April 20th and a young lady named Alondra helped her. She was patient and kind and went above and beyond multiple times to help my mother. My mother lost her credit card while in the store and Alondra along with another young woman helped her until they found it. I can’t say enough good about this young lady. If she’s not a manager she should be one day.
Let me start by stating I have purchased most of the electronic in my home from this place and have spent thousands of dollars over the years, with that being said over the years when I purchase anything from the store I'm asked to purchase the warranty and I am told with EVERYTHING I have bought that the warranty covers ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, so I purchased it about 95% of my items. Now that I have to actually exchange things I'm being told that the warranty doesn't cover physical damage. So my money is being STOLEN from me everytime I make a purchase with any warranty. I have gotten in contact with the customer service and they are a joke at best, they DO NOT CARE at all about what the people at the stores are telling people and couldn't care less that the company is just taking people's money under a LIE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN go back to this store or PURCHASE ANYTHING from here ever again. If you or anyone you know has bought their warranty read it VERY CAREFULLY because they most definitely LIED to you upon your purchase 100%. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE!!!

Just reached out to them and was told I'm out of luck and there is nothing that can be done even though their employees lied about the coverage. This company just lost a very loyal customer, and I will continue to tell every person I talk to/ hear talk about Best Buy, to stay away from the store. It's crazy that the customer is being punished due to lies to just take our money.
