Horrible place to buy any accessories! Bate you into buying,take your money proudly,schedule an appointment and dont show!!!! The kicker part about the whole thing is; No courtesy call or email about the merchandise I order.. 1st and last Pirchase....Derrick

I’ve been back 2 times to this location. The first time the person on the phone said I had to come in to see if they had the battery in stock to replace for my iPhone, but couldn’t tell me over the phone since it was first come first serve. I drove 45 min to the store only to find out they had the battery, but were not taking repairs for the remainder of the day. A week later I schedule and appointment for early in the day to drop off and the geek squad guy said that when they replace the batteries in store they’ve been seeing a lot of speakers stop working and that I would have to pay to get that replace as well since they wouldn’t cover it if their repair stopped the speakers from working.
