I went to Best Buy to upgrade my phone and transfer my line from Verizon to AT&T. The process was complicated, and the associate needed help. After switching, I had issues with texting and notifications, which never happened before. I’ve had to keep calling AT&T and Verizon to fix it. If you’re transferring a line, I don’t recommend doing it at Best Buy—go directly to your carrier to avoid the hassle.
