Be there at 4 am for check in. Don’t park at the gate. Take your paperwork to the guard shack at 4 and wait for a phone call. Got a door at seven done at 11.

5:30 a.m. appointment.. arrived for delivery at 4:30.. turned away from the gate.. told to park on side of street / front of building.. got a call around 5:15 a.m... come up to security gate.. they bolt cutted the seal.. told me to dock at 138... Docked at 138.. 4 and 1/2 hours later empty...

I’m gonna give the warehouse five stars because they were great. Will call young lady was 20X more helpful than the phone agents who know absolutely zero and will lie to you when they don’t have an automated answer on the screen in front of them. If you place an online order to pick up here, don’t wait for an email to let you know it’s ready. You’ll wait forever and not get it. It’s not like the regular store. They aren’t set up to view orders and pick them. Don’t ask me why.
