Best Buy Warehouse Missouri City

We ordered a fridge and picked up from this location. Yes, please note, this location is the warehouse, which we were aware of. The location is easy to find, once you head in, I will not lie the staff behind the glass is not very nice, they are short and to the point and definitely give off the vibe that you are bothering them, but once that part over, they instruct you where to pick up your order. You'll wait outside a closed garage door and once they have your item, they will load your vehicle, but also note that's all they do, so be prepared to adjust it, strap it down and whatever else you need to actually drive off. Worked out for us with no issues. Again as long as you know what to expect it's not bad.

Every single employee interaction I've had here has been excellent. Fast service and complete professionalism from all involved. This is a pickup warehouse only. No retail store, no displays. Only for picking up what the retail locations don't have in stock.

Don't go here. It's NOT a store and they don't do customers. Strictly a central warehouse and not helpful in finding an actual store. Google maps made the error of telling me that this was the closest Best Buy store.

They say they're going to be open at 9. They make you sit out here and wait. It's nine thirty almost, and i'm still waiting
